AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would… My boyfriend and I have come in 3 times and every single time the SAME girl, who refused to give her name when asked, has treated us terribly each time. The first time we came in, we asked for extra rice and for no reason at all she gave us attitude. Upon reminding her it was extra rice we had asked for she gave a snarky face and responded with “that’s gonna be all for tonight” even though the rice had just been refilled. We insisted upon extra rice and she rolled her eyes and put a small little scoop in and then proceeded to ignore us. The second time we went in, she had attitude throughout our entire interaction, and again made the cashier experience poor. Today, we went in again, giving her the benefit of the doubt and honestly hoping that maybe she wouldn’t be working. But of course she was there, and she rung us up for our food. We ordered a large chip and a large drink and she sassily responded that they didn’t have large chips and that she would have to charge us for 2 small chips, which we didn’t mind paying, it was her tone, facial expressions and rudeness that continues to upset us when she is the one we interact with. She finished our transaction and walked away and then we reminded her we needed our cup for the large drink to which she says “I didn’t charge you for one” and just stared at us blankly. Without an apology or anything, she rung us up annoyed and didn’t say anything else to us. This is when we asked for her name and she glared and said she didn’t have to. We found from our receipt that her name is Yadira. I have worked in customer service for years, and am usually on the side of giving people kindness and understanding. Read moreI am extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. I walked in, greeted the attendant with "Good evening, how are you?" and was met with a cold, unprofessional response. She grabbed gloves out of the box and immediately asked, "What do you want?" without any courtesy or customer service.
I ordered a kids quesadilla, and when it arrived, it wasn’t even melted properly. I should have taken a picture of the sides, but I figured the meal couldn’t possibly get worse. I arrived over an hour before closing time, so I expected everything to be in full service. However, that wasn’t the case.
When I tried to purchase chips, which were clearly on display behind the register, I was told they were unavailable. When I pointed out the chips and even the kids' version, the attendant said they were for online orders only. So, paying customers are not allowed to purchase something that’s literally sitting on display? That makes no sense.
To make matters worse, when I walked in, there were chairs on the tables, condiments were put away, and caution signs were out for mopped floors. If your posted hours say you’re open until 10 PM, customers like me should be able to sit down and eat without being rushed or made to feel unwelcome.
This is by far the worst Chipotle experience I’ve had, and honestly, this location would be better run by monkeys.

I asked the first employee who was preparing my order if there would be an extra charge for a little Sofritas in my bowl. She said "I don't think so". She asked the employee standing next to her and she said "no". So I had her add tge Sofritas (because I was told there would not be an additional charge for it). When my Burrito bowl got to the third employee who was marking what was in the bowls on the lid of the food, she wrote the letters SOG. I did not know exactly what it meant, but I hoped I would not be charged extra. The cashier rang it up as a Sofritas bowl with Guacamole, which was not what I ordered! I ordered a Veggie bowl with a little Sofritas on it that I was told I would not be charged for. The cashier told me I owed $10.03, which I paid and was was feeling confused about the amount I just paid. I asked her why it cost so much and she told me I ordered a Sofritas bowl with Guacamole. The Gaucamole was additional $2.10!!! I tried to explan what happened. I don't think she understood. The cashier seemed to think that I ordered my food incorrectly (not the case).
