I love being able to order stuff online and come to pick it up the same or the next day. If you see that the item is defective, they let you exchange it without having to get in line. The only thing i suggest is that if you get something really big for a gift come in the store to get it bc they put a giant sticker on the package with your name on it and you have to wait for someone to come unlock the storage locker. The sticker doesn't come off easy, and it looks tacky on a gift. The staff here are so friendly and helpful.....even when they are short staffed. I've been given some really cool tips and ideas when I share current projects(when they aren't too busy, of course) I'm working on. They keep their bathrooms locked, but you can ask any staff on the floor for help. One guy who works there gets excited about future ads, and if he sees you're purchasing anything coming up on sale, he will tell you when to come back to get...

I had placed an online order which there seemed to be some confusion about. They told me over the phone 📱 that half my order would be (curb side pickup), but they didn't have further information about the other half of the order. I had paid for shipping of the entire order which turned into an additional ordeal as I had to call HQ to get a refund there. That seemed ODD as my money had ALWAYS been promptly refunded on the spot in store. I ended up having to go to the store and pick half the order up and after some confusion - Twilight Zone like they eventually figured out the other half of the order has been shipped. I got my shipping refunded back to my account but that took jumping through some hoops to receive. Maybe the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing or caught them on a bad day, but it was a poor showing...

Store is closed to Public so internet orders only. Make an order at 3:30, a 8 dollar order for two simple items. I call a Half hour later and I get a verbally short woman grilling me over my order. I admitted I did remember all the details. She snapped they have 150 orders to process and "it'll be a while" at which point she hangs up on me with no warning. Almost 3 hours later I am outside the store and I get notification the order is ready, it's 5:50ish. so I call. it rings for 5 minutes and hangs up. Confused I look to see the employees leaving while staring pointedly at me. It's just after 6pm. They let my call hang until after 6 then hung up on me and walked away. I will NEVER go to this...
