I had an absolutely awful experience with Tim. I was trying to return or exchange, or even just get store credit for a sweatshirt I bought in March right before Covid. The tags were attached and in tact. First, he was going to give me a store credit, and then he decided to give me cash back. As I was walking out, I noticed that he gave me $10 less than what I paid for the sweatshirt. When I went back to the counter, he asked for the money back. Thinking he was going to void and redo the return, I gave him the money back. He shoved my receipt back in my hand and said, “We don’t do returns past 30 days.” Then, under his breath, he added, “Try to do something nice for someone...”. The other cashier and I just stared at him in shock at his behavior. This was the absolute worst customer service I have ever witnessed, let alone been a part of. ...

My sister in law was looking for some magnets that said Sarasota. We looked everywhere and stumbled upon this place. Oh my goodness, it had the best selection of touristy, but lovely gifts. We ended up purchasing $60 worth of Sarasota magic. They have shirts, mugs, cups, toys, magnets, postcards, kitchen and housewares, and more. And the shopkeeper was so friendly. We love this shop when we visit St. Armands! The atmosphere is warm and fun and they carry wonderful products to remind you throughout the year that vacation will soon roll back around and you’ll get to return to that great little gift shop with the friendliest staff!
