I went inside today because I had some time that I could waste and wanted to take a few min to relax and eat before work. I tried to use a QR Code at the kiosk and it wasnโt working so I transferred it to the front counter like the front counter employee asked me to do when I asked for help. The manager came over and started yelling at me at the top of her lungs that I already used the code at the kiosk and now I canโt use it, it was the same order. I tried to explain myself and the fact that Iโve used these QR codes in the drive thru without any issues, she got louder and angrier. She was also yelling at a homeless person who was trying to order food because she was frustrated with him that he wasnโt quick to order. While paying full price and eating in the waiting room I observed an elderly lady cleaning tables with a very dirty towel, carrying a toilet bowl brush around the dining area. Honestly between the way I was treated and what I observed while sitting in this location Iโm completely disgusted. Upper management needs to pay...

I came in this morning and saw the employee mopping. She always kicks me out of the restaurant. I only want to sit and eat breakfast.
I made a B-Line for the Manager before even ordering. I said that I want to sit down and eat but the woman mopping won't have it.
She refuses to ever let me sit and eat in peace. The Manager was professional and sympathetic but confused... That woman? Shes 90.
I said again, she never will let me eat my breakfast without kicking me out. I'm the quietest person in the restaurant 100% of the time.
I received my food and sat down. 30 seconds later she saw me and tried to remove me. I immediately ran to the counter and said that she's doing it again. We just had this conversation!
He had a talk with her. She left me alone. This is why I go to Burger King.
I hope you can correct her abhorrent behavior, otherwise I will take my business...
ย ย ย Read moreI literally JUST called and asked a simple question because I was craving a frappe from there, on the phone I asked the lady if they had choc chips for their choc chip frappe because I had told her I JUST drove to two other McDonald's and they were out of their choc chips to make that frappe, she said yes ma'am we have choc chips to make a frappe for you ....when I call it was 7:02 and I was already on my way there I got there at 7:05 and SHE SAYS THAT THEY CLOSED AT 7 DUE TO CONSTRUCTION ....which is COMPLETELY FINE ....BUT THEN WHY NOT TELL ME THAT ON THE PHONE SO I DONT WASTE ANOTHER TRIP!!!! AND I CALLED AFTER 7 SO SHE SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THEY WERE CLOSED RIGHT THEN AND THERE!!!! That's complete BS if you ask me, ESPECIALLY when I just told the women I already wasted 2 trips at 2 other McDonald's, so needless to say I'm pissed and oviously they have horrible customer...
