MORE than you know is amazing about this place. Having eaten dinner across the street, the Beignet sign caught my attention. As we meandered in, we were greeted by such friendly faces and staff. After ordering we soon learned that we had met the founder and owner as well and he introduced us to the staff. I was even gifted a thank you letter that one had written for me. Notice I have even mentioned the food yet. . . oh I will!!

It’s so nice to see passion, purpose and giving in our world in a time when we all need it. There is so much more to this place than meets the eye, and I can only encourage you to experience EACH element yourself. It will be meaningful and magical and was the best part of our night.

The Beignets?? OH MY GOSH. Hot and fresh. They were delicious. We had some cinnamon and some powdered sugar. So so so wonderful as a crowning piece of the night.

I have been going here since it opened in 2020 and it has gotten better and better. The people who work here are truly wonderful and want to do their best to be of service to you. Please be patient and remember why this place exists. Beaver and Erin have knocked it out of the park with this place. There is nothing like it in town and the employees here truly love their job. I know this because every time I go in no matter who is working they are smiling and laughing. It is such a joy to see. The food and coffee is very good and they offer more options now than just coffee and ice cream. Thank you Shriver family for creating such a wonderful place and for reminding us that people with special needs have a place in our community...

We stumbled across this sweet little shop after visiting a nearby restaurant. I could go on and on about the celebration of different abilities but the most important part for us was representation. We walked in with my brother in law who has special abilities and we all about broke down in tears to have him see himself being represented in a restaurant. It was so refreshing to see him in a place where he is comfortable around people who are just like him. He wasn’t intimidated to order like he usually is at other places. Representation is so important and this place nailed it for us. We will be returning many many many times. Thank you for celebrating inclusion and representing all these...

Today was a good day♡ While walking downtown, we discovered this coffee & ice cream shop. The vegan shakes and the beignets were awesome! The owner came over to thank us for stopping by and told us about the mission for the Cafe. He explained to us that there is 30+ employees working flexible hours and who have special needs, intellectual/developmental disabilities and the environment was so inclusive and friendly! I love his vision and the community outreach; he was so passionate and proud when telling us about the Cafe and how the Cafe is for the employees- not for him. Everyone needs to check it out and support small businesses like this🥰🤗

I love what this place stands for an how they employee individuals with developmental disabilities! I love that the coffee is organic but I was disappointed at the taste. I spent $7 on a latte and didn’t even end up drinking it! I’ve heard that the Icecream and beignets are amazing but I did not have the chance to try them out. There are about 4-6 tables inside and a small outside patio. I would say this is more of an in and out type place versus one you would set up and work from. There is limited street parking and a parking garage right next door. I believe the minimum cost to park is $3.50
