Burger King — Restaurant in Saratoga Township

Literally the worst Burger King I have ever been to girls in the front were extremely rude and un welcoming I came in she literally stares at me the whole time says nothing and gets mad because I didn't show her my coupon and gave attitude about it. Were sitting there waiting for our food and one girl got the food all mixed up gave us the wrong bag my order was super simple too just fries and chicken sandwich while were waiting they're all sitting there talking. One girl cleaning up tables in the lobby kept rolling her eyes at me felt super uncomfortable getting my food I drove home my chicken sandwich was nasty with old brown lettuce no mayo bread felt stale wasn't about to call and try and drive 20 mins away for a 3 dollar sandwich but highly suggest a different Burger King now I know why it always looks empty there! I have worked in the food industry for a about 5 years now it was awful if you don't like the people don't work in a food industry your costumers is what gets you paid 🙄 There was only one great employee in the back and he was the only one working everyone...

Under new management always check your food before you drive away from the drive thru I made the mistake the other day but not checking and my food was cold I was on lunch did not have time to turn around and go back everything was cold the Whopper normally don't get it with cheese the cheese was hardly even melted on it so I know it wasn't warm enough. I worked at Burger King my entire High School I started there as a freshman because of my sister so I know what things should be like. The the managers I worked for always made sure the food was always hot they used to come around every half hour and check they made sure that we marked each sandwich any specialty sandwiches were made up fresh but our food was always hot especially our fries cuz once fries feel cold and hard the fat that you used to cook them in really messes up your stomach. I was the only vehicle in the Drive-Thru. The parking lot was completely empty except for two cars, which I'm assuming we're employees. My meal took roughly 8 minutes. I didn't mind the wait because I was anticipating fresh food that wasn't baking under a heat lamp all day. My Whopper was warm at best. The patty was so thin that I wouldn't be surprised if portions of it were less than 1/8 inch thick. The ketchup packets were sour and the fries were mediocre at best. When you're paying $12 for a Whopper meal, I anticipated something completely different. This is why I go to Burger King maybe every other year.
