You know, I don’t normal write review unless the service is absolutely phenomenal or horrible. Sadly every single time we order from here it’s god awful. I know this is a newer facility so everyone is getting the ropes of things but Jesus Christ the service here is horrible. One time we ordered multiple things, one of our bread bowls was completely wrong so we called and they delivered another that’s completely wrong again, then another, by this point my boyfriend drives over well I’m on the phone with the store manager to try and get the correct one. After 4 bread bowls of pasta we finally get the correct one made which was just, noodles, marinara, bacon, sausage and cheese. Not that hard at all. They were giving us stuffed multiple times with Alfredo sauce, mushrooms and other stuff not even close to our order. They hang up the phones on you. One time we ordered the cheese bread, because it is pretty yummy from any other dominos, and it’s basically raw...I have pictures of it, we’ve gotten ice cold food from them, pizza “hand tossed crust” with no crust (like a thin crust) and barley any cheese on the pizza. They have forgot gotten parts of our order and over all never had gotten one order right, it’s sad because we understand mistakes happen but repeatedly...it’s a problem..maybe it’s the mangers not training the staff correctly..but I recommend until they train better do not waste your money here. It’s not worth it. The female manger is completely disrespectful, the store manger not so much but the “shift lead” as you may call her was not a nice person...don’t waste your...
Read moreWe’ve ordered from here in the past and had good food - but today when I was getting a sub at their neighboring restaurant, I was walking to my car and saw 2 employees outside with their back door to their restaurant open smoking in their aprons. I worked in restaurants - you don’t prop doors open because that’s how you get rodents. And you don’t smoke in your food prep apron or wear it outside because it’s not hygienic. My wife seen the same thing a few days prior going to pick up our pizza in their pick up lane. So, moral of the story is you want to avoid this restaurant until it’s properly staffed with folks who don’t violate health department guidelines in plain sight. Makes you wonder what’s going on INSIDE...
Read moreSome of the nicest employees I've ever met. The delivery people are delightful especially considering the current situation of things. I love that there are so many GF options. I feel like I'm having a real pizza again and I love the garlic dipping sauce.
While there might be better pizza, this is much more affordable, and I can easily go online to see what is safe for me to eat and order it quickly. You just can't do that at the non-chains.
I grew up on mom and pop establishments and have given many my business over the years, but once you're diagnosed with Celiac, they're not really there for you. Chains protect themselves that way by making that...
