Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Saratoga Township

First I would like to say that the sandwiches come out great each time that I've gone to the Jersey Mike's in Morris, IL.... My problem is the staff. This staff that they have is going to lose customers. Whom ever is the owner of this location is looking to fail at this location. I had gone in this location twice and both times the staff was rude and very impatient. The second time the staff was very rude to each other,,,, swearing at one another and also calling each other out to fight after work... To make matters worse the Manager not only didn't address this in a professional manner she herself swore at both of the workers and resolved nothing. Both times that I had gone into this location the staff was not wearing their face mask correctly and the Managers did not correct them. I am not comfortable with them not covering their face correctly and handling my food while breathing on it. I did get lucky that the two people that took care of my order had been wearing their face mask correctly. So in closing this was very unprofessional and disgusting location. So if this location plans on surviving they need to start with the staff and get a whole new professional crew in there.

I was very disappointed and will not return unless the staff is either retrained professionally or a whole new crew comes...

At this location in Morris-Always Fast service, no wait. Current sub prices increased from $7.99 (regular size) to $9.99 (regular size). The Giant size should feed 2 Adults & Worth splitting with friends/family.

I enjoy their Quality bread choices, my favorite is "Rosemary- Parmesan" on #8 (club). Hubby loves their #13 "Mike's way" which is a simple version of Italian meats sub* highly recommended. Other #8 (club) had heavy oregano that I will skip from sub, on my return visit.

Cons: The cheese slices were paper thin last visit; with the major price increase, it was upsetting to not taste any cheese due to it being extremely thin. Prices can add up to $33 for 3 "regular size subs. Skip the chips 😂

I went into store and ordered a number 8 “Turkey, ham, provolone, applewood smoked bacon and mayo” and 9 “Roast beef, turkey, swish, applewood smoked bacon and mayo” went perfectly through the line. Went home and realized there wasn’t bacon. I called the store to tell the mishap, the manager says on the phone goes “did we asked you if you want bacon and mayo on it, we always ask”. Obviously we would answered yes because it comes on it, and she says “Online or pick up” so I don’t think either would matter because they would of came with bacon regardless, it on the menu. We asked for them to add bacon and they just started laughing and doing other things. I asked for a refund and then finally they did it…. Jersey mikes is a lot better always a better experience than this. Whoever worked 08/31 night. Probably good worker but EOD just sloppy and should...
