I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the notable decline in both food quality and service standards at your fast food establishment. As a former employee and a long-time patron, the contrast in operational excellence between my tenure a decade ago and the current state is stark and deeply concerning.
A decade ago, despite receiving compensation that was significantly lower than what is currently offered, the staff and I were committed to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. We prided ourselves on serving fresh, quality food, managing customer capacity effectively, and upholding a strong work ethic. It is disheartening to observe that the current staff, despite being compensated more generously, seems to lack the dedication and strategy necessary to maintain these standards.
Furthermore, I have noticed that the menu has been simplified, presumably to streamline operations during these challenging times. However, this reduction in menu complexity does not seem to have translated into improved food quality or service. On several occasions, I have been served food that was evidently overcooked and kept warm for extended periods, compromising its freshness and taste. This consistent delivery of subpar products is unacceptable, especially considering the significant increase in prices.
The decline in quality and service is so pronounced that I have made the conscious decision to avoid patronizing your establishment, as the experience is invariably disappointing. It is a lamentable state of affairs when one would prefer to go hungry rather than endure the disappointment of another unsatisfactory meal.
I sincerely hope that this feedback is taken as constructive criticism. There is a clear need for a reassessment of your operational strategies, staff training, and overall commitment to quality. Read moreI have never been so shocked with a restaurant and felt the need not give any stars. Went through the drive-thru and was told they were only taking cash, it was 1:30 a.m. that didn't bother me. I figured system was acting up do to the fact there was a line of around 10 cars and many just leaving. Plus the person taking the order was hardly unable to be understood from what sound like bad radio respond. I placed my order and was told a price. When I made it to the window I was told a completely different price that was more, and a different employee came out of nowhere to take my money to the front counter he did not place my money in a cash box and was writing down something. Then, a different employee gave me my food that did not have all my food in the bag and she was aware of what she was shorting me but waiting for me to ask for it. I told her I was short on food she told me what I was missing then walked away to get it. I still did not receive my change. She gave me what I was missing and went to close the window I stopped her and told her I needed my change and receipt. She closed the window after if was left open the whole time went over and was whisper to the guy who took my money (he was now ring up a different order on the cash register), they both looked over at my pulled my change from somewhere because they blocked from me seeing and he walked it to the window and stated he was unable to give me a receipt because none of the systems were up. I thought to myself I did just watch and hear you take an order. I just took my change because at no point should it ever take a minimum of 30 to 45 minutes for a fast food order what should be less then ten dollars. I do believe something funny is going on in this McDonald's, and would I not been traveling with children. I would have had more time to question the situation I would have but this is the best I could do, by letting others know to be careful...
Read moreI don’t really do reviews , so it’s got to be exceptional for me to waste my time doing so.. Only reason they’re not getting 1 star is because the workers are relatively friendly.. Honestly though, the only thing that really bothers me is that this places coffee machine or whatever they use, doesn’t dispense sugar .. they know this.. they don’t tell you this when you order .. I guess they just hope you don’t notice? Which is kind of impossible when you ask for 5-7 sugars in your coffee and it’s obvious there’s no even a sprinkle in there.
I don’t know what’s worse.. them not even telling you the sugar dispenser doesn’t work, where they could then offer you sugar packets or even liquid sugar at cost!.. but no.. they won’t even do that.. or.. if it’s that this thing has been down for what seems like almost an entire year! I moved into the area around Halloween of 2022 and they’ve not put sugar in my coffee that entire time. Like it’s such a small thing, but to some people it makes or breaks the beverage.. and they might not have the luxury of going somewhere that would have sugar they can add to it themselves ..
It’s just ridiculous to me that no alternatives are EVER and I really do mean NEVER EVER offered.. and that it’s not been addressed/remedied in such an extremely long time.
