Please train your employees. If I ask for a sweet black pepper bacon wrap it comes with white cheddar not American cheese. If I ask for a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel, it does not come on a croissant. An iced caramel macchiato always tastes different, too dark, too sweet blah blah. How come? Food is messed up. They either forget half of it, or take way too long to serve stale sandwiches. They never have coolata syrups. Cream cheese is never applied on the bagel. Toast is either over toasted or soggy and barely done. Employees are unfriendly. Overall just always a bad experience....
