Okay so pre pandemic I ordered here alot for pickup, then pandemic a couple times delivery, but since 2021 the prices have nearly doubled and I haven't really bought from here since
Well today I was like look cicis almost went under they were saved from bankruptcy and straight up not existing anymore, prices reflect that, if you love their food order again. There are people who need to be paid to provide you with the service you want.
Only to be disheartened my drink and sauces were missing (look the Alfredo Spina pizza is the best and none other compare I don't care who says they make good spinach pizza if it isn't cicis it's not it) but for me it's imperative to have the red sauce on the side.
I literally paid through online services $6 for delivery fee and $7 tip but I didn't expect anything to come of calling in about missing three sauce containers and a drink when online services are out sourced to door dash (but since I ordered through online not through door dash app, door dash can't reimburse) and tbh I didn't even care about losing out on $4
It was more so losing out the experience of enjoying the pizza how I wanted to for ultimate taste.
But to my surprise I'm assuming manager or shift lead Mike, Michael? I really should have remembered the name, offered to drive it to me and it made my whole day. He didn't have too, I wouldn't of blamed him if it was an oh well moment over such a trivial thing. I was ready to just accept this is what I get for not picking up myself like I use to.
Honestly they workers there are very kind and that little action just ensured I will gladly come back again and again for my spinach pizza needs.
PS the giant pizza isn't that giant BUT if you love the Alfredo spinach it's definitely more Alfredo and spinach topping then a...
Read moreReceived a digital coupon via text for $4.99 buffets on Mondays and Tuesdays for up to 4 people. We used the coupon a couple times. Suddenly, we were told yesterday that we must purchase a drink to use the coupon. No where and I mean no where does that say this on the coupon. It says "taxes and drinks excluded." It does not even mention that "terms and conditions may apply." This Cicis is scamming people. No sign even at the register that says must purchase drink to use coupon. So basically, you are paying full price for the buffet with a drink included. Not even a deal when you seriously don't drink sodas. I drink water everywhere I go, even at home. So to be charged over $2.00 for a water is insane. Pizzas were cold, hard, and barely replaced. Lettuce on salad bar was slimy. Not worth a solid $5 if you ask me, let alone over $8. Do yourself a favor and just hit up McDonald's for their $5 meal. No hassle and it will actually be the price that it is supposed to be. The owner definitely needs to get it together if they want to be part of the franchise. Pretty sure this falls under FALSE ADVERTISING and is illegal. Wonder if I can turn this $8 extra charge into a lawsuit. Sick and tired of companies scamming...
Read moreHaven't been in a Cici's for a few years. Used to like the buffet selections. What happened? We first came in contact with cashier who didn't make eye contact or greet us. Then proceeded to give us curt responses to questions. No one else was in line.
We had to search for clean/cleared table. Apparently no one was cleaning up the past hr or more.
The pizza offerings were minimal. When I asked for a BLT, woman said would be 5 minutes. I went back to counter in 5 or so. A man was there now. When I asked for BLT, he didn't seem to understand what I wanted (language issue as well). I then said a "bacon, lettuce, tomato" pizza. He said they didn't make those (which was always a Cici's staple). The curt cashier chimed in at that point repeating they DON'T make those.
I returned to table to ck their online menu and find something else I'd enjoy. The ham and pineapple was still available. At least they got that right.
While we were eating, a woman finally came out to clean tables. Plates were clattered and slammed. Metal chair legs were dragged and scraped across the tile floor, adding to the noise of the place.
If you want to be disappointed, this is the...
