Absolute best chicken salads I've ever tasted. Went twice in 2 weeks for my first-rounds ever. I've been missing out and didn't even know It. Man, I wanted to like it, really did. Heard a lot of good things about this place. Me and the missus went this afternoon, ordered the "kicken' kay Lynn" we thought maybe we got the wrong sandwich because what we got didn't even have a resemblance to chicken salad. We liget thought it was tuna fish salad, because of the consistency. The description said sriracha and jalapenos and a whole list of other thing, all we really got was a pinkish mashed up mushy chicken and mayonnaise. maybe tiny pieces of jalapeno occasionally but you couldn't even taste it,or see it. first thing we noticed was we asked for toasted bread. when we got our sandwich, the sandwich was cold like only half of the face of the toast was brown looking, the bread was chewy definitely not toasted. At least toasted in house. It's clear they buy that bread pre toasted someplace. It added no additional flavor. She got the broccoli salad..not even going to post the disappointment .. the place looked nice, staff was very nice overall experience was pleasant. Food was no better than a convenience store sandwich. The story on how chicken salad chick was started was better...

I love chicken salad chick especially the Pooler location but I’m very disappointed in the service today here at the Savannah one. I brought my elderly grandma who isn’t fluent in English and my mother for their first visit. Mary was rude and cut us off when we were speaking several times! They had questions regarding the menu and Mary just pointed to the signs! She only seemed hospitable when she was explaining the points system to us, but by then I was so disappointed in the culture and atmosphere I really didn’t consider listening. Very sad that my family had to experience their fist visit with a rude point of sale server. I still really enjoy the chicken salad and Megean served us our food and she was very sweet...
