Lou Malnati's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Schaumburg Township

We have consistently ordered takeout from this location at least once a week. As of tonight, we will no longer order from Lou Malnati's. The last several times we have ordered there have been problems....the crust was burnt, very little cheese on the pizza, and over and over again they have gotten our order incorrect. We always order a medium one half cheese, one half sausage and pepperoni - not too difficult and yet our pizza is always incorrect. We have complained and have gotten free pizzas but c'mon - just get our order correct the first time. Tonight was the last straw. And when we called to tell them we will no longer be ordering from them, they didn't really seem to care. Well, bye bye Lou's! And for others who may be fed up, might we suggest Giordano's, Mickey's...

Have not ordered from this location before. I have had Lou's pizza a few times and was on the fence about ordering. I did have a good experience with Lou's frozen pizzas from a fund raiser which was actually pretty awesome. Slightly disappointed with my order from here as I ordered lemon pepper boneless wings which did not have any taste of lemon or pepper at all which were very plain. I know you don't order wings from a pizza place but figured I would give them a try. Also ordered a small pepperoni and cheese Pizza with extra pepperoni, cheese and the buttery crust. Seemed the pepperoni proportion was on the lighter side, cheese fair amount and also buttery crust was not so buttery. Could have been it was NYE and maybe people didn't want to...

Came here on New Years Eve and the placed was absolutely slammed. I wanted to write this review because I was extremely pleased with the service and food. I used the app to order ahead, I waited in a line of about 6 people- some of whom were trying to use this promo code or that coupon or asking for last minute adjustments to their order, etc. There were another 6 people behind me when I reached the counter. The staff was amazing at being courteous to everyone and their demands. Despite the amount of people and their issues, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I want to applaud the entire staff for busting their butts on such a busy night and staying professional with all the patrons and their various issues. Food was...
