I cannot believe that this place does not have more reviews and is not a perfect 5 stars. This is the best smoothie place in the northern Chicagoland area hands down. I consider myself to be somewhat of a smoothie connoisseur, as there are limited places to acquire a smoothie of this grade. Surf city squeeze is a franchise, but I believe the owners of this location hit it out of the ballpark every single time. It seems to be family operated and the customer experience could not be any better. Every time I visit this business I am greeted with a pleasant individual that is more then happy to take my order and answer any question I may have. Want a mixed smoothie but want one ingredient more then another? They are more then happy to make your smoothie in the manner you want it. I cannot believe there are negative comments about customer service. I have never experienced this once. They normally make over what you paid for and instead of tossing away the extra, if they have any, they will give you it in a small cup on the side. That is a fantastic method of giving a little extra to the customer. Prices are good for a smoothie, no complaints there at all. Completely fair, if not on the less expensive side. I don't write reviews that often, but in this instance, I just hope this review goes noticed by potential customers and they try out the fantastic smoothies this business creates. This is one of the greatest smoothie shops you will find. Prices and service are great. The lady running this use to have a counter at the Bally’s on Army Trail and Bloomingdale Road 25 years ago and I was happy to find her a few years later and have been enjoying her product for many years. In all those years, I think I only went once when she was not working. Definitely, the hardest working owner I have ever met. A family favorite especially with the excess served in little cups, everyone can have a taste. My favs are the Bee Stinger and the Ginseng Fling but I do enjoy several others. Love love love love love this place!!!🙌🏽😋. It's in the right location and service with a smile. I legit drive forty minutes twice a week just to go get a smoothie from this place. I dont walk out of the mall with anything else except a smoothie lol! The staff is so kind and the lady that makes the drinks is so precious. The chill bubble place upstairs cant even come close to this. And the tapioca Pearl's are perfect everytime! Last but not least. . . You get a baby styrofoam cup with the excess juice so that you get all your money's worth!!!! Just take my money...
