Dunkin' — Restaurant in Scottsboro

I have been frequenting the Dunkin here in scottsboro for a while. The one thing that is always a constant is Miss Regina. She has always gotten my order correct. And she always has a smile on her face and if she's not in a hurry, she takes a minute to say hello, and ask you how you're doing . There are other employees that are very nice and very polite and I appreciate them, but Regina has a special place in my heart. I was not having the best day one day and she knew it and asked me if I was okay and after that she always took the time out to talk to me for just a few seconds. And of the two hundred plus times i've been there she's usually there, Smiling and making people's day! I work two jobs and I usually see her in the afternoon and I get a coffee and a sandwich. At one point I was injured at my day job and I was unable to go to work for a little over a month, and after a couple of weeks and I hadn't been to the store, Regina got in touch with me to check on me and asked if I was okay , when some of my own family didn't even Check on me. She is an amazing employee. She is an amazing person. And she is the biggest asset to this dunkin' donuts, that...

I ordered online. I waited about 5 minutes and went to the store and pulled up to the Window. The 2 other cars ahead of me pulled to the 2nd Window to get their Order so I did the same. There was no acknowledgment of me being there. I sat for about 5 minutes and others behind me got their stuff and pulled around me and left. I Finally gave up and went inside. All they said was "usually you stop at the 1st Window to let us know you're here". No apologies- nothing. If I went to the wrong Window, that's of no consequence. Someone should have seen a car was there and checked on it. It was a bad customer service experience. I was so frustrated that I didn't think to check the order. When I got home it was...

I really do enjoy the coffee from this place. It's fantastic every time and I don't think that they've ever messed up an order we've placed which is great. The staff are fantastic.

The thing that lets Dunkin down and the reason for the 3 stars instead of 5 is that the donuts I've had from here have always been stale. Like. Every single time. My first donut purchase was a jelly filled and there was barely any jelly. The second time was a regular ol pink iced donut and my goodness it tasted like it had been there a week!

Go for the coffee, don't stay for the donuts. As a side note the Dunkings iced coffee is insanely good and I highly recommend it to you all. The breakfast sandwiches are also...
