Carryout was 20 minutes behind schedule and I received the wrong large pizza. Once home, I attempted to phone the store to see what my options were to rectify the situation and was subsequently put on hold for over 40 minutes. Once I finally got to talk to someone, I was told I could call back and talk to the manager in "an hour or an hour and a half." The person on the phone did apologize, but promptly hung up on me without offering me any other solution to the incorrect pizza other than, "You can talk to my manager, who is on a delivery. She will be back in an hour to an hour and half."

But today was the worst. We placed our order at 2 and it said it would arrive around 250. At 3:05 I called asking if it was on the way. The lady said all deliveries are oit. At 3:19 I called back because we still never received our pizza. The same lady put me on hold and then a man picked up. He said I was being impatient and just needed to wait because I was not the only delivery. So I canceled my order and asked for a refund. It told me that my order was ready, stay in my car and they would bring it out. After waiting 10 minutes I tried to call. They answered and immediately placed me on hold. After holding for six minutes, I hung up and tried to call again. When I called back it went straight to a operator telling me that they weren’t available.
