Poorly managed. I put an advanced order in via the internet shortly after 3pm for a 4pm pickup. I was in New River at the time. ETA was within a few minutes. I-17 had been rerouted so I called and told them I would be late as the traffic was terrible in New River. He said he would put my pizzas in the cooler. No biggie. I show up at 5pm. Pizza is not ready, chaos is happening, phone ringing, walk ins ordering and 0 pizzas being made. The kid working was doing his best. I asked if someone called in or something and he said no, he was the only one scheduled. The kid seemed very frazzled. 30 minutes after I arrived and almost 2hrs and 30 minutes after I placed my order, I got my uncooked pizzas.
This place is poorly managed. You need at a minimum of 2 employees there. My pizzas were tossed together and I had to rearrange all the toppings before putting them into the oven. If I'm going to have to wait 2.5hrs for a pizza that I have to cook, I'll just go get one already cooked. The website gives you the option to order a medium delight pizza, but when I baked the pizzas, I discovered that I didn’t get a delight, thin crust, I was given regular crust. When I called the next day to inquire about this, I spoke to the owner and he blamed it on the website, but asked “can I get you another pizza to make it right” and asked me what I wanted. When I went to pick up my pizza, he tried to charge me for it. Didn’t remember our conversation, I had to reexplain the issue, and even though he didn’t remember the conversation, he was ADAMANT that he’d never give me a free pizza.
