Silver Tide Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Seaside

We were more than pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The garlic fries were an excellent start, followed by the pan seared salmon. Even the sides were delicious. Thanks to our server Eric, for the wonderful service. It's so nice to have such a good restaurant right in the hotel.

Update: Back for a second night because last night was so good. Had to have the Garlic Fries again. Oh my... so good! Then it was Chicken Carnitas Quesadilla and Fish and Chips. Excellent! Have only had the food as room service and it still knocks a lot of restaurants out of the park. It's pricey, but you get what you pay for as far as quality. I've had the salmon main three times (we have a long stay in the hotel, ok) and it's a large portion of fish and more green beans than potatoes, and every single element is perfectly cooked and seasoned every single time. Their French dip is exactly as it should be, and they must have some kind of french fry wizard back there because the fries are phenomenal. This place is in the Embassy Suites- that’s important for info on atmosphere and finding it! Really nice ambiance- we ended up here as it was the only place open past nine and we had just gotten into town and needed dinner and drinks and got both here with very friendly service.
