It would’ve been 5 stars if the food was ready when I picked it up considering I called it in 25 mins ahead of time. I love teriyaki and this is the first time I’m having it from a food truck. I got chicken and beef combo and it taste great! Sauce is in a creamier side and they don put too much of it which really better compared to other restaurants that slather the sauce and drown their meet. Me having a bigger appetite, I usually finish an order pf teriyaki but not this time. $17 for two meals is a great deal.

Not sure how this place has such good reviews...we got 3 plates and 1 rangoons order for $68. The rice in all dishes was completely overcooked, like eating mush - just inedible. The Mongolian beef is more like minced beef soup while the salmon and chicken were dry and tasteless. The fried rangoon was raw dough on the inside. The 2 guys working were super nice but we would not go back here. Waste of money.

This is my official teriyaki place. After some neighborhood exploring, this one is the best. Generous, perfect portions. Teriyaki has a great char and sauce ratio. Katsu has perfect crunch and plenty of meat. Getting just as pricey as any brick & mortar restaurant, but still on par with competition…

This is solid Seattle style teriyaki and good portions for the price. Tried it because they are open Sundays but it’s my go-to for the area now. I read reviews before I went and people were complaining about mushy rice and not enough sauce but that seems to be fixed now. Also it’s teriyaki, you order chicken, spicy chicken or beef and you try to eat it all but you fail and eat the rest 2 hours later. You don’t order orange chicken and wonder why you aren’t at Panda Express

Only dislike was it wasn’t the standard thin, sweet mayo+vinegar salad dressing but that might have been my mistake...
