Broadcast Coffee — Restaurant in Seattle

This is my neighborhood coffee shop so I feel an extra dose of love and bias towards them. But seriously, go here. You will not be disappointed. The coffee shop vibe is bright and airy and inviting. Their coffee is perfection, especially their lighter roasts (and oat milk lattes which are my personal fav). The baristas are genuine, lovely, friendly humans who are so knowledgeable about coffee! On top of all of this, Broadcast cares deeply about the community and actively gives back in many different ways. I am so proud to give them my money in exchange for phenomenal coffee (and pastries! S/o to Temple!). They feel like a big hug in the community and we need more Broadcasts...

Really nice space to nosh up and even get some concentrating done. But, that quiche tho! WHOA! Crescent dough!? Really?! Yup. VERY GOOD combo! They pastry geniuses flavor profiles are on point. Bold, unique selection. Not a case of also-rans. I Love creativity. The glazed espresso cake had a pleasant and mild flavor. Not overdone for me at all. Bravo! Brew was good. Stay a little while!

The coffee here is great. Their blends are balanced and their single origins are most definitely roasted well, and to fit the process and country of origin. The baristas while talented are definitely in no hurry. Having run an espresso bar, I know it is quite possible to make a high quality drink in 90 seconds or less.
