GuilTea — Restaurant in Seattle

We had been coming to GuilTea since they opened, but they recently transformed into a sushi restaurant. After attempting to go get sushi, we were charged and never received 3 of the 4 sushi rolls we ordered. We only got one and checked in twice with multiple employees before deciding that it was not worth waiting any longer. We had waited half an hour and after asking twice about our order, an employee joked that "maybe they are still fishing for it". They also gave us numbers for the orders, but each time we went to check-in, they had no clue what or where our order was. There were also other customers that had been waiting for a long time before us and kept asking about their orders.

The disorganization was too much for us and at 8 PM we decided to just leave without asking for a refund (they likely would have continued to reassure us that our order was "coming soon"). We will not be back unless they can get organized to serve customers properly and efficiently.

There were also random people on the restaurant's back patio (the only eating area) offering me alcohol and having a barbeque. This was uncomfortable and I have no clue if they were employees or...

I was really excited for a new boba shop near my house.

Tried to come when they were first opening and it was closed even though the hours said it was open. Ok fine it was a fresh business I gave them a pass.

Came back today and it's closed again for remodeling. Ok again, but c'mon guys update your Google Maps hours if you are going to be closed.

After two unsuccessful attempts to provide these guys business I am giving up and just going to drive to international district. Wasted 30 minutes each time. Fool me twice...

The hours online aren’t the store hours. I’ve walked there three times over the past 6 months because online it says it’s open - literally every time it was closed without warning.

I just called to see if I can come in at 8:05pm for a bubble tea (they close at 9pm) and was told not to risk it because the chefs who make sushi and bubble tea will probably have gone home by then.

It shouldn’t be this difficult to get a bubble tea, I’ve simply given up on your location and will venture farther out to a store that...
