There are way too many great coffee shops within walking distance to warrant going to this sub-par establishment I tried their signature drink, caramel cream cold brew and sadly, it tasted very watery. Water was the main flavor, then a bitter cold brew taste... little to no signs of caramel at all. I ended up tossing it. We also tried the turmeric latte which to my surprise, had no sweetener whatsoever. It quite literally tastes like drinking something out of the back yard or garden. It was really gross.
It's worth mentioning I cannot stand drinks that are too sweet. A mild sweet flavor is preferred. But when your drink tastes like you're drinking mud, that's generally a bad thing. Although looking at some of the stores in Seattle I could see Thales catering to certain demographic.

I didn't recognize him right away, and so I said "Pay for what?" because I had very much tapped my card and put in a tip amount. He said I hadn't paid for my items. Then the other barista came over and in a very snotty tone told me I hadn't paid and that I could check my bank statement (today is Sunday), and then proceeded to make me wait in line again to pay. She was rude at the register when I got there, too. Definitely won't be frequenting...
