Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Seattle

Chipotle is Chipotle no matter where you go, what makes the location is consistency and customer service. This location has a great manager who has comped a bowl (with the purchase of another) just for waiting for something that they ran out of. I did not expect anything for the inconvenience, just waited patiently and she offered so I accepted. However the children (assuming local college students) on the line are the problem with this location. Never expect the same thing twice when going to this location. The quality is simply all over the place, and with my most recent visit, I was just reminded why I will never go back to this location ever again. I simply asked for extra rice and beans with barbacoa. The employee simply gave me extra rice, went straight to barbacoa, and when I reminded her of extra beans as well in the middle of giving me barbacoa, she stopped what she was doing and gave me extra beans and moved on with the order with probably a quarter of the portions I have always received. I did not notice before it was too late, because I couldn't see the bowl from my angle of the glass or I would have said something then. I would rather avoid the convenient location and just go out of my way to the Northgate Mall location where they properly train their staff about consistency, or just cook at home so I don't have to go out of...

I love Chipotle, and maybe this was my fault for going at lunch, but I've never see so many people lined up at a station meant for max of 4 people. There were employee's working the line and at one point 3 tried to speak to me at once and since it was so loud in there their voices were raised. I literally had to put my hands up and take a step back. When I got to the cashier the woman bagging the food did yell at me something about an extra tortilla (maybe she was asking if I got one?), again I had to stop and look at her and she just goes, "Okay! Nevermind!" and moved on to the next person. I don't think I've ever been to a chipotle that was that chaotic before it was not a very fun experience. I get that it's "fast food" but the pace they were trying to work at was NOT conducive to the team they were trying...

Horrible experience. My girlfriend ordered ahead on their app and when she went to pick it up they couldn’t find her order and the person who I can only assume was the manager (chubby Hispanic lady, we are Hispanic too which makes this interaction worse) was making a bigger deal of it than it had to be. My girlfriend was willing to pay twice just to get her food but the manager refused. The lady try en proceeds to call her crazy to her co worker in Spanish not knowing that my girlfriend spoke Spanish and when confronted she walked away. I had to go back and call her out on it which she then proceeded to walk away again. I got my food with someone else making it and apologizing for that sorry...
