My friend and I stopped here at the last minute not knowing the time they closed on a Sunday. The owner was wonderful, gave no hint they were about to close. He rang us up, invited us to get comfortable and put our sandwiches to toast while making coffee. Now, my family is in janitorial and construction cleaning and this place was CLEAN! It has a simply designed interior with beautiful pieces of art and warm furniture, considerately placed for any customer. He brought us our food and proceeded to make a tea that would take some time to brew as he turned the “Open” sign off. The drinks were wonderful. The Honey Latte and Himalayan (Chii?) Tea Latte were wonderful. The flavors are rich and I’m just amazed that they were able to get a temp without burning the milk or coffee. Really well done! It was so kind of him to welcome us despite the fact that he was closing in minutes. Great service.

I’m going back again (just a couple days later) to buy another latte and delicious bag of coffee...

Located beneath a residential condo building between Denny Park and the Space Needle, Himalayan Java Coffee provides a cozy and clean space to relax or work. With large windows letting in plenty of natural light, the café has a bright, inviting atmosphere. Its minimalist design and quiet ambiance, with many people working on their laptops, make it the perfect place to focus or enjoy a peaceful break away from the hustle and bustle.

I had the "Butter Chicken Wrap", and it was surprisingly tasty for a café dish. The wrap was packed with juicy chicken in a rich butter chicken sauce, offering a great balance of flavors. The "Hazelnut White Chocolate Mocha", however, was just okay. It didn’t quite have the depth I was hoping for.

Overall, Himalayan Java Coffee is a solid spot for coffee and light snacks. With its calm atmosphere and convenient location, it’s definitely worth a visit, even if the drink didn’t...

First, I'll say that some of the less positive reviews are accurate. The regular espresso drinks here are the typical Starbucks-esque over-roasted, albeit higher quality, beans with a liberal dose of syrup.

But you know what Starbucks doesn't have? Himalayan White coffee. These immature beans pack more caffeine and have a completely different flavor profile. It's like tahini and peanut butter had a love child that goes to the gym and stays extra light. It's definitely a different experience than normal espresso but it's absolutely phenomenal. It makes for great drinking plain and sweet drinks alike.

Weirdly, they also have the best macarons I've had anywhere in Seattle... And it's definitely not the kind of place I would have expected this. I'm usually not even a fan of macarons, but these are...

We came here for the first time after the cafe moved into Spire. As everyone else has said, the owner, Sharad, is very warm and friendly and we instantly felt welcome. The first thing I noticed is that the drink menu is super long so it’ll take me a while to try them all. I tried the nitro cold brew from the owner’s recommendation. It was lighter than most in Seattle and had a sweeter taste which was a unique take. There’s also a ton of seating and lots of lighting with modern and clean furniture. It seems like a great place to sit down for a chat. I give it a couple weeks before this place starts taking the laptop carrying customers from Fulcrum down the street if the tourists don’t find the place first.

Himalayan Java Coffee in Seattle was a convenient find, located close to my hotel and just a short walk from the Space Needle. They offer breakfast items like sandwiches and burritos—I tried the burrito and it was really good! Their coffee is excellent too; I had the caramel macchiato and loved it. The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, located on the ground floor of a condo building. They have a clean restroom available, which was a plus. The only minor downside was that the Wi-Fi could be slow at times. Overall, a great spot for breakfast or a coffee break while exploring the area!
