Recently bought a condo across the street and was planning to make this my regular pizza spot. However, I put in a phone order for a large specialty pizza $26.99 on the menu) and the cheese bread ($6.99 on the menu). I arrive to pay for my food and am charges $44.06. I question the bartender who is ringing me up and he tells me "tax is high in Seattle and we need to pay for our boxes". He then goes on to tell me "that's what the chef told me to charge" even after I show him their own online menu. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. What a joke of an establishment making up pricing and making excuses when I show them their own online menu prices. You can see that my receipt is not even itemized.

Kind of a different idea on a common restaurant. A strictly adult-only pizza spot. They serve alcohol along with a full menu of pizza options including calzones. The calzone was packed with ingredients and had a pretty good taste. One thing I didn't enjoy about it was the solid block-like layer of pepperoni. I ordered pepperoni, bacon & tomato. The entire bottom of the calzone was a good half-inch of straight pepperoni and there was barely any bacon or tomato. Could have been better if they portioned everything out equally. Prices are pretty high as well, both for adult beverages and the food.

I ordered a pizza for $21. I received the receipt and saw $21 so threw it out. On my credit card statement I saw they charged me $26... I went back multiple times to ask for a receipt or refund but there was always an excuse like "we can't find your charge" or "only the manager can print old receipts". Fortunately amex adjusted the charge but I'm never going back here. Pizza was not good for the price, I'd much rather eat a frozen pizza from the grocery store. It would be half the price too...

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never been so disappointed in a place. I have never written a review before, but this place has offended me so much that I feel that I need to. I ordered a pizza via uber eats, since I am at work. After 30 mins my order had still not started preparation. I called to Store to ask them if they had started and that my uber was wrong, the employee hung up on me. I called back and asked to talk to someone else and he said there was not someone else. So I asked again if they had received my uber request, he said no and that they were not working on anything, so i canceled my order. I was then charged for the pizza. I called Uber and they said that since it was already being prepared, that i would be charged. I let them know that the employee told me that it had not been started. She called the store and that employee told her that they had not received any calls. A blatant lie. I was informed again that I would be charged for the pizza. I am now being required to walk several miles to this location to pick up this pizza which will no doubt be cold by the time I get it back to work OR pay for pizza I dont get to eat. I am also not confident that this pizza will be sanitary, since the employee was so hostile and rude I wouldnt put it past him to spit on it or something else horrible. I was told that all "A pizza mart"s are owned by the same person and I hope that this owner sees this review and can do something about the terrible service I have received.- I will update after I go try to get my pizza.... 45 mins later and I am back at work eating my pizza. The guy that helped me at the store was very nice. He explained to me that the horrible man who "took my call" before, does not actually even work at this location. The calls get routed through a different store and they send Emails to communicate with each other. The pizza was obviously cold by the time I was able to eat it, but if I hadn't had such a horrible customer service experience I would rate the pizza 4 stars for...

Absolutely the WORST service I had ever had in my life! I understand that the bar tender was busy with Bumpershoot weekend and a high volume of customers dragging her every kind of which way, but here is my story. I was there at 1100pm and was waiting in line for just two slice of pizza. There is a clear sign that states "pizza slice order here". There was a large line in front of me and fully understood that it was going to be a while until I would get slice. When me and my GF were finally at the end of the line, I literally waited 50 minutes until I received ANY kind of service and the person that was THREE people behind us was attended before us and was served before us. I tried to explain her that she was serving members before us, and she completely dismissed us and told us that she was "not dealing with us". I explained to her that her attitude was completely inappropriate and she asked us to leave. She was completely rude and deserves to be disciplined for her rude and attitude Both me and GF are Active Duty Military that have plenty of plenty of years in service and we have been through a lot of bad things in life, but I truly felt a lot of discrimination. We (the waitress,my gf and I) are of different color and I felt that she was trying to do everything possible to not serve us. This is completely inappropriate and recommended the absolute worst possible recommendation...

I have ordered delivery from this place using the SLICE APP probably a good 10-12 times and have not had an issue with delayed delivery, wrong order or poor service. All the delivery drivers have been very pleasant and rarely, if ever, forget the parmesan or red pepper packets. So this is not gourmet pizza nor is it anything fancy or special. Think of it like Dominos level and obviously a bit better than Little Caesars (although I do love Little Caesars). They do not have the elaborate, fancy or unique organic topping options and whatnot. Go to Delancey's in Ballard for that. This is the place you'd order pizza for game day, late night munchies or where you may need to feed a bunch of people for a decent price. I appreciate the slice app and it's one of the better choices on the app. Chicken Tikka Pizza is delish as is the...
