This place is a lot of fun and the beers are delicious. You can expect bar salty snacks, but not a food menu. This is OK because Georgetown has plenty of food options.

We came in, two of us, and were served right away. The guy behind the counter was super cool and was a great conversationalist. He explained the inspirations behind the brews and gave us a couple stellar restaurant recommendation. Georgetown is grungy. This place is not. Very clean and a great space to hang out in. Their space retains a Georgetown bootstrapped feel, though. We didn’t use the bathrooms, but I could see them from the bar. They looked clean for what that’s worth to you.

The beers were fantastic. There was a good selection with meaningful flavors. We had a flight and took home a growler. The prices are excellent.

I’m happy to give five stars. We’ll...

Went here through a Groupon which in itself was at an amazing value.

Walling in, the location has a decent typical atmosphere you'd expect for a bar but with better lighting and just the essentials when it comes to scenery on the walls. Nothing notable but most definitely not terrible.

I tried two flights and went through most of their available tap list. Not to my surprise the flagship beer,"Planktonic Red" was my top favorite. However a lot of the other taps were not that great. Especially the barrel aged ones. It may simply not be my thing.

If convenient though I'd definitely come back. Great value for beer, friendly staff, and as a bonus they allow outside food. Be sure to enjoy some of the awesome food places around this...

Tell You, the beer is NOT like the Jelly fish looks like, BUT delicious. Tryed the IPA's and for me the best is the "Sir Hug's-A-Lot". Don't ask me what the name means, ask one of the lovely bartenders. Also they offer some Sourbeer. Other's say, it's delicious. Can't verify, it's not MY thing, No way. But tried the Sarlacc Schwarzbier, a easy drinking one what surprised me! You can sit outside and enjoy one of the approximate 15 Draft Beer or wine or some non alcoholic drinks. Cribbage Bords available! So bring a Cribbage...

An underappreciated brewery. Nothing is tremendous, but nothing is mediocre either. The typical offerings, Porter, Pils, IPA, Hazy IPA, Sour, all serviceable, drinkable, and well-made (though I'm not a fan of kettle sours). Some of the more unusual offerings shine: Spanish Bomb (saffron, lemon heavy), Sea Wasp (quad, toasty, sweet and broad-shouldered), Hautie Tautie (a hot toddy-themed beer! Win!). Open in the snow, humble and friendly.
