Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Seattle

I used to love this Jimmy John's, but we went there today, and it was pretty bad. 😕 When we first went in, we were the only ones in there. And yet, we stood there waiting for about 5 minutes, while the staff wandered around behind the counter, making sandwiches, and doing other general things. Then when someone else came in & stood in line behind us, while we all waited about another 3 minutes, until finally, one of the staff asked the other one if we'd been helped, and was told no, so she came over to help.

When we finally got our sandwiches, mine was a Veggie, which I've always loved. This one however, was more bread than veggies. I noticed there weren't any type of avocados or cucumbers on it, which are supposed to be. When I asked about it, she informed me that the avocado was in between the cheese. I looked, and saw about a teaspoon of what looked like guacamole in between the two slices of cheese. Stunned, I just asked about the cucumbers, and she said that she would give me some. So she grabbed 4 slices of cucumbers, and when I opened the sandwich for her to put them on, she placed 3 of them on with large spaces in between, then tossed the 4th one back in to the bin. SERIOUSLY? She couldn't have put the 4th one on the sandwich?

At that point, I just rolled my eyes and walked away, because I didn't want to deal with what seemed to be me requiring more time & energy from her, than she wanted to give. Pretty disappointing.

Needless to say, we won't be going back to this...

This place used to be good and “freaky fast” everyone was happy and energetic, but this place was a nightmare!!! I was inside the shop and everyone is super unprofessional, 2 of the employees were arguing… ARGUING!!! with each other in front of us customers which was a full lobby because of the lunch rush. I was ready to ask for a refund because it made me feel uncomfortable and angry and I looked around and everyone had an uncomfortable look on their faces! The employees were very unprofessional and did not do a good job. When I was waiting for my wrap there were 3 people including myself had issues with their orders one guy requested no tomatoes and clearly he got tomatoes because he came back for a new sandwich, the next person was called they didn’t have his pickle which eventually he got, and I had something missing from my order as well. I will not be coming back to this location. And I gave the food a 1 star because I haven’t had a chance to eat the food I paid for because by the time I got my food my lunch break was over so I had to rush back to work.. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE UNTIL THEY UPGRADE THEIR...

Whoa, bad Jimmy John's experience!

I stopped in for a quick sandwich on my way to work today and had my first bad experience I've ever had at a Jimmy John's.

I was greeted as usual upon entering the shop and my order was promptly taken but then I waited. Not that it took forever to get my sandwich but it was definitely the longest wait that I've ever experienced at any Jimmy John's and when one of the employees told the other employee to hurry up, she argued with him and said "don't rush me"! It was playful but really? In front of the customer?

My sandwich was warm when they handed it to me which was odd but after biting into it, I think I might know why. It was stale and my theories that they used a day old roll and warned it up to try and make it soft again.

As I'm sitting here eating it, I am subject to the very loud conversations between the employees and they are littered with profanity. I know it's 2016 but what happened to courtesy and respect? Oh yeah, it's 2016!

I doubt I'll be visiting this Jimmy John's location anyone. It's not like there aren't a few hundred more to choose.
