I highly recommend Will and Kinetic Training NW. Will is very knowledgeable and educated on different types of training techniques, how to target specific muscle group, nutrition, and considerate of injuries. The workouts are planned out in advance, challenging and fun. Will also provides workouts to do at home in between sessions, with detail videos and notes.
Will is incredibly kind, motivational, and welcoming. He is genuine in his passion to help other achieve their personal goals. He takes the time to get to know you, designs custom programs, and has a wonderful vibe and a communication style that is personable.
I have a shoulder injury that reduces my mobility with constant pain. My goal was strength training and to prevent future injuries. In less than 4 months, I have improved ranged of motion, and I can easily lift a 40lb bag of garden dirt, with one arm, over 80ft up and down steps. Will has completely transformed by physique during this time span and done so in a way that did not seem overwhelming and very sensible.
