I usually have a great experience ordering smoothies from here however today I was really unhappy with the service provided. I ordered a berrylicious smoothie that tasted like chemicals, asked for it to be remade, when the person working tried it with me the second time it was made, they agreed that even the remade smoothie tasted like chemicals. When I requested a refund or a different smoothie to replace that one I was told they could not make this happen as they had already remade it once and would now have to charge me for a new smoothie.
