We are staying at the hotel above this restaurant and decided to try it out for dinner. It was seat yourself. It took some time before we had someone come and greet us. The staff member offered us water and menus. There were not many other patrons. He gave us some time to review the menu. I watched as he went to conversate with people at the bar. Then he went to tend a table at the opposite side of the room as me and my mom. He glanced in our direction, but returned to his conversation at the bar. At this point it had been several minutes more. We weren't asked for a drink order, or if we had any questions or if we were ready. The food was also fantastic and served with surprising speed. Redtrees, and especially Titi, turned a simple meal into a memorable highlight...
