Had: Old Fashioned: exceeded expectations Caesar Salad: not great Pepperoni pizza: exceeded expectations Club sandwich w/ salad: met expectations Hotel restaurants….. always hit or miss but mostly misses. To be fair it’s hard to maintain quality attention to detail when it’s a low volume restaurant. But we had a good experience at Hilton’s Redtrees restaurant. The old fashioned was very good and they had cubed ice cube and Luxardo cherries! They gave a long pour too. Of course this is based on bartender so YMMV. Caesar salad: the dressing was the issue; not the worst I ever had … but not good. Very mild would not reorder. My other party had the red tree house salad and it looked good. Pizza: was actually pretty good; quality cheese and upgraded pepperoni Club sandwich was bigger and thicker than expected. Service: was very attentive and engaging or waiter Willy; did a great job.

I've been to this restaurant dozens of times for both breakfast and dinner. Prices are pretty high, but the cheaper things on the menu are good too. I recommend the chicken strips and fries with ranch. Staff are nice, but when there's a couple people here they take a while to get to you. Namely with the dinner crew, sometimes I'm waiting up to 10 minutes for them to give me a menu or if I've finished eating and am waiting for my check. But the breakfast crew started recognizing me and welcoming me back after my first couple visits :) I like having dinner here but I prefer my breakfast in the hotels executive lounge.

Restaurant looked nice and staff was friendly but food was not good and very expensive. Two orders of fish and chips was $46 and breading was not fully cooked. The staff was very kind and redid our order, but the fish was just very greasy with very thick breading. Tatar sauce was so bad I ate the fish plain and could only eat a bite of the overly-mayonaised coleslaw. Good- looking facility and helpful servers but way overpriced for food that was pretty terrible.

We are staying at the hotel above this restaurant and decided to try it out for dinner. It was seat yourself. It took some time before we had someone come and greet us. The staff member offered us water and menus. There were not many other patrons. He gave us some time to review the menu. I watched as he went to conversate with people at the bar. Then he went to tend a table at the opposite side of the room as me and my mom. He glanced in our direction, but returned to his conversation at the bar. At this point it had been several minutes more. We weren't asked for a drink order, or if we had any questions or if we were ready. We waited a couple more moments before we decided that it seemed we were being neglected, got up and left. It came off as very rude with the amount of time we waited and hardly any interaction at all, all while the staff member was deep in conversation with...

A search for breakfast in Seattle led us to an unexpectedly wonderful experience at Redtrees. After being rudely dismissed from a nearby cafe, the warm welcome we received here was a breath of fresh air. We didn't realize it was in a hotel until we arrived, and though we were dressed for moving, the staff didn't bat an eye. Our server, Titi, was the highlight of our visit. She greeted us with genuine enthusiasm and happily seated us at a comfortable couch table. Throughout our meal, her service was attentive, joyful, and simply above and beyond anything I've experienced, even in high-end restaurants. The food was also fantastic and served with surprising speed. Redtrees, and especially Titi, turned a simple meal into a memorable highlight...
