Over 6 months of waiting for this law firm to help move forward with an expongement. I paid all costs up front, and did recently receive a refund, however, their response time is abhorrent. As a client I absolutely did not feel like I was a priority, at best I felt I was just an after thought.
Not exactly sure how this office works but the secretary seems to be nice, has very little if any information about anything. She seems to answer the phone and only use diversionary tactics when questions are asked.
Multiple times I asked what date my case had been filed with the local court, and what the plans were to move forward.
Finally via text message I received a refund from Bryan the attorney and charge.
I absolutely would not refer this attorney to anyone who had any sort of time frame.
Thankfully, I found a solid attorney in Oregon Who could clear my case up with quickness.
All felonies had been removed and gun rights have been given back.
I have noticed that the business owner in their response sites their inability to comment on cases. However , I would like for it to Be noted he has deleted his former response using sickness as an excuse. Now there is some sort of implication as if he's legally not able to speak on the case where he dropped the ball.
I have referred many people to get their records expunged and I have certainly not...
Read moreI contacted Zuanich Law about 22 months ago to get my gun rights back. We covered all the pertinent information they needed to start the case. I paid the retainer and left them to do what they needed to do without my interruptions. After several months I hadn’t heard anything, I was worried so I contacted them to see what the progress was. They filed a motion in my county, it was review and denied as there was a law change prior to their filing. Brian Zuanich talked to me in depth about refiling in Pierce County as that is where my initial felony was signed. Again I left them alone to file the motions and hoping this would happen. Again several months later, I was thinking this was a lost cause then I received an email from their office telling me that the Courts signed the motion to restore the right to own and possess a firearm in Washington State. Yeah!! I was really surprised and happy. It took longer than I thought it would but they stayed the course. There were other options I could have taken if this motion was denied as well but Brian Zuanich knew what he needed to do and how to move forward. That’s the important thing with you hire an attorney, make sure they know the system for the type of law you need to have help with. Yes, I am very satisfied with their office and will recommend...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I can't say enough good things about Brian Zuanich. In a time when I felt completely lost and overwhelmed by the corrupt family court system here in Oregon, Brian was a true blessing. My children and I have been through so much trauma, and I was desperate for help.
When I found Brian, I was willing to give everything I had—my entire paycheck—because I knew I had to do whatever it took to protect my babies. I was nervous about whether I was making the right choice, fearing that I might end up giving all my money for nothing. But Brian proved to be worth every penny.
He is not just a lawyer; he genuinely cares about his clients and their families. His dedication and expertise made a world of difference in my case. I felt supported and understood, which is something I desperately needed during such a difficult time.
If you're looking for someone who will fight for you and your family, I wholeheartedly recommend Brian Zuanich. He has earned every one of those five stars in my book! Thank you, Brian, for being a beacon of hope in...
