I honestly cannot say enough good things about St. Pierre's Coffee Haus. The beans here are excellent and are brewed with genuine expertise, which leads to them making what I consider one of, if not THE, best cups of coffee in Seattle. Comparable in quality to that of a NYC café more than a regular Seattle Cafe. (Yes NYC is better people) The ambience is also special for Seattle. Clean, sleek and upscale in a genuine way as opposed to the many fake "nice" spots here in Seattle. Simple menu, polite staff, great decorations. Solid hours, good location.
