Ochoa's Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Sebastopol

Honestly one of the best restaurants I've eaten from, let alone one of the best Mexican restaurants. Over the last 2 years we've ordered takeout from a lot of places, some do it better than others. Let me tell you, I was even about 15 minutes late to pick it up and everything was still hot and delicious by the time I got home. The prices are fantastic as well. My husband got shrimp tacos, which he said were amazing. I ordered pork and all I can say is it was perfect. The seasoning was great, it wasn't overcooked or dry, it wasn't greasy as a lot of carnitas can be. The salsa was so fresh I would have believed it came from my own garden. We have been going to Ochoes Mexican Restaurant since we moved to Sebastopol about 15 years ago and I can tell you that we have never been disappointed with anything we have ordered. The food is quality and plenty of it. The restaurant is always clean, no bad customer service, no long wait time, no bad results on special requests.....Nothing. Small cozy place to stop and eat or take out. Their burritos are huge. The steamed veggie or vegetarian burritos are great. Big enough for two meals. They have McDougall dishes. You can substitute which is great for we Vegans. You get chips and green ( my fave) and red salsa. I'd drop in after a busy day and have my order ready to take home in less than 15 minutes.
