Unbelievably Disgraceful Treatment for Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties!
Review: I can't even begin to express my utter disbelief over the deplorable treatment my group of friends received at Full Moon Saloon during our long-awaited bachelorette party. They claim to specialize in catering to such occasions on their website, but let me tell you, it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish!
We arrived with excitement and anticipation, ready to have a fantastic time and spend a significant amount of money. However, instead of being greeted with warmth and hospitality, we were met with complete apathy and disregard. Not a single staff member bothered to acknowledge our existence or show the slightest interest in our group of ten.
But here's the kicker: as we were walking in, we witnessed another bachelorette group storming out in frustration. Clearly, they had endured the same callous treatment that awaited us. It's beyond comprehension how a bar can consistently mistreat multiple groups of people celebrating such significant milestones. Is this how they define their so-called "specialty"? If so, it's an insult!
If that weren't enough, while we suffered through our miserable time there, another bachelor party walked in with high hopes, only to experience the same contemptuous treatment. They promptly left, and who could blame them? It's a disgrace how this establishment treats its customers, especially those who come prepared to spend their hard-earned money.
I am absolutely livid at the audacity of Full Moon Saloon to advertise a specialty they clearly have no intention of delivering. It's a blatant deception that leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. The level of disrespect and indifference we encountered is unforgivable.
To make matters worse, let’s not forget the falsely advertised karaoke. The website boasted about their karaoke nights and how it adds to the festive atmosphere. Yet, when we inquired about it, the staff brushed us off and claimed it wasn’t available that evening. It’s outrageous to lure customers with false promises, only to leave them sorely disappointed and ripped off.
Trying to be understanding of the poor excuse that the DJ didn’t show up because it was “too slow” our group tried to make the most of the evening. The staff ignored our request to raise the volume so we could sing along and celebrate our friend.
I implore anyone reading this: steer clear of Full Moon Saloon if you value your special occasions, celebrations, and happiness. They have demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism and a complete disregard for their patrons. I cannot stress enough how deeply upset and irate I am about the abhorrent treatment we endured. Avoid this place like the plague until they learn the true meaning of customer service, respect,...
Read moreFelt like home. I'm a recent college graduate used to late nights. One of my local bars at home in Arkansas closes at 5am, so when I came to Sedona I was shocked and confused that a resort town would close early like a retirement home. Then I found this bar on urbanspoon. I decided to give it a shot seeing as my options were extremely limited if I didn't want to go to bed at 9. Let me say the staff is very welcoming and makes you feel like you're the most important customer in the world. We saw a local 2 man band (the youngest of which was probably BFFs with Moses) but they were pretty good. Pool tables were available and several TVs with sports on really catered to a younger crowd (such as myself). Un/fortunately the bar was virtually a ghost town when I was there, but it made for better conversations. The poor owner is there until 2 am 365 days a year- God bless him! Other restaurants and bars in the area would do well to stay open late like this place. I can't say anything for the food (had eaten dinner earlier that night) but the beer selection was nice. This is definitely a favorite and I will be back when I go back to Sedona. If the owner is reading this, I'd like to know how your homemade beer is coming along. I hope you are...
Read moreDo not come here if you just turned 21 or if you are a person of color!!! We went here for my friend's 21st birthday and it was just one of the bars we plan to stop by on one of our lists. We got there and they told us that she can't be at the bar after 12 which made absolutely no sense to me. We went to 2 bars before stopping by here and they did not care and wished her a happy birthday. We understand that the bartender does not make the rules so we just let it be. However, we still complained about it privately amongst ourselves until these 2 old men came up to us and said "it's just an Arizona liquor law" and kept trying to explain. One of my friends literally looked up the Arizona liquor laws online and none of them mentioned that. I don't know what law they're talking about because I have lived in Arizona for a while and there's not one bar that kicks you out after midnight because you turned 21 that day. I wish I made more of a fuss that night but it wasn't worth wasting my breath on this stupid business. This place is full of white people that look at you passive aggressively anyway. Mooney's Irish Pub is so...
