Great experience! We read good reviews online while we were visiting from out-of-town. It did not disappoint, at all. I was surprised there was only one table when we got there, but it seemed like within minutes it started filling up. By the time we got our food, the whole place was full.

The miso soup was probably the largest portion I've ever had at a restaurant and with big chunks of tofu. The sushi rolls were big, fresh, and they even substituted some fish choices for me, which is pretty rare for a sushi place to accommodate that. Everything we had was great. My friend got an eggplant dish that she was impressed with. One of my favorite things are macarons and I had a macaron ice cream sandwich in TX for the first time just this year. Imagine my happiness when I saw a freezer full of them when we first walked in! Ok, I saw them in other Google reviews and it might have heavily swayed my decision to go. I got a mango one. It was small, but honestly just the right size for a sweet desert after a big dinner. I was very happy!

I'll also comment on something we observed while there. There is a second dining section that is at least as large as the main dining room. We noticed that plates and water glasses were set out as if expecting a big group. We wondered if it was a bus tour, but they all came in at once, sat down, and staff started bringing out there food pretty quickly.
