University of Metaphysics — Attraction in Sedona

The University of Metaphysics/Sedona is a marvelous school of metaphysical learning. I'm an long, time alumni. I first enrolled with the university system back in 1977! I did the work...it took some time and effort, but I graduated and am a very proud alumni! Our school structure is based on a very well known and respected, major university back in the middwest. Our material isn't academic, but we're expected to learn and achieve at the same levels academic students do. I've stay close to the school ever since I graduated. I've watched it grow and evolve with the times. I've watched fellow students start, stop, return and finish with a great sense of appreciation and accomplishment. Just ask any 'Real UOM/UOS Student/Graduate' and they'll say the same. I know over 2700 of my fellow classmates who're using their degrees in very constructive ways to help people and to help heal our world...just as any right-hearted, honest and 'happy' person would use their valuable time for. I'm a very proud graduate. I love my school...it changed my life back in '77. I was getting a divorce with 2 little kids. I had no idea what was next...then I met Dr. Paul Leon Masters, in Los Angeles, CA. I enrolled in the university and never looked back. That was a long time ago. And even after all of these years, our university system's curriculum of wisdom and truth stands the test of time. Our curriculum is timeless, just as truth and wisdom should be. Truth, wisdom and spiritually founded information doesn't change...it simply grows and expands in those whose minds are open to receive. After all...it's our Creator's wisdom that we study here...not man-made wisdom, that does change with the wind...always embracing the 'next, new thing'. We study the wisdom and techniques of Masters, Sages, Esoteric Theology, Consciousness and how to learn who you really are, not who someone else tells you you should be. As I've grown in spiritual awareness and wisdom through the years, what I learned at UOM/UOS still teaches and guides me in incredible ways...45 years and it's still current...it still works! What I've learned here, teaches me how to make my life better, be happier, and meet my life challenges head on. I couldn't...

My academic experience at the University of Metaphysics has been exceptional. Sharing my experience is a Pleasure!

Though the University is far, I sensed a genuine presence on a daily basis. To begin, I took a sabbatical from my personal and professional obligations when I opted to pursue my PhD at this university, as obtaining a PhD degree has always been a goal of mine. I returned to India in 2003 after earning my Master's degree in Biomedical Sciences from Sheffield Hallam University in the UK. At that time, I began applying for PhDs; however, despite receiving a seat back in the UK, I was unable to consider it because the scholarship was quite small and we could not afford to pursue it. I literally forgot about it over time.

Given this opportunity again, with an 80% scholarship, and the fact that I am now a different person with a subject of interest that exactly matches my chosen interest, it pierced my heart, and I chose to go for it with the mindset of "Now or Never!!"

The challenge was not only studying for and passing the PhD, but also going through the full procedure step by step. Yes, first study and pass the B.Msc, then the M.Msc, and finally the PhD.

I only saw myself submitting my PhD dissertation from the day I started with Module-1 in the B.Msc syllabus onward. That means I didn't know I hadn't taken a break from my studies. God's presence was palpable throughout this journey.

Yes, It was Indeed a journey of Self Discovery. When I experienced a setback, Michelle held me, and then Dr. Jordan appeared, leading me wherever I needed support and advice. I felt the same way about everyone I've encountered with at this university; they're all so knowledgeable, friendly, and empathetic, and they're always willing to help and guide.

Thank you, Dr. Masters, for establishing this University for me. And I felt guided by my Heavenly Father in discovering this University for me. Thank you, Michelle, Dr. Jordan, and all of the amazing people at this University.

University of Metaphysics and University of Sedona is a beautiful metaphysical and enlightening school I have been proud to attend. I can't even say how much I appreciate my doctoral degree and the opportunity to continue what I began at another university. I value every facet of the universities curriculum and the challenge of reading at least 30 books while constructing my dissertation! All learning that is valuable is self study regardless of what format is used. It is the individual who makes the experience meaningful or not. I cherish the loving advisors, and the members of the International Metaphysical Ministry. Dr. Leon Masters clearly put his life into his work and his love for the academics shines through every one of his lectures and recordings. I still listen to his meditations often and will always be thankful for his hard work and love for humanity. -...
