Wow. I could have spent the entire day here. It’s packed with all sorts of useful and necessary stuff. They even sell art supplies! Was looking for bar oil and a flag holder. They had both with plenty of options to choose from. I saw Yeti mugs, giant salt lick’s for horses, at least a dozen different types of bird seed and an entire wall dedicated to our furry friends! They sell spray paint and custom paint and plumbing supplies. Duh. They had at least half a dozen ladders and a fairly large garden center as well. They had more than enough staff who were all kind and smart and very, very attentive. Clearly this is a great place to work and the staff are happy and helpful. Checkout was quick and easy with no waiting on a Saturday afternoon. The parking lot is small-ish but that’s just how Sedona is. Considering the amount of available land for commercial property I give this particular Ace Hardware five stars without a moment’s hesitation. A typical small town Ace hardware store. They have a good selection of items you need for your every day needs and some projects. Space however is limited so they don't seem to carry many of the items you might need for larger project or more unique work needs. You'll need to go to the Cottonwood store for that. The Cottonwood is more than twice the size and has the room to carry more items and larger quantities. Of you can't find your needs in Sedona my next choice would be Cottonwood. My last resort is what I call the orange store, Home Depot. I rate them 4 star for selection. Ace has many item HD doesn't carry and in the exact quantities I need for the job at hand. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. I placed my order over the phone for 6 privacy screens they had 3 in stock and needed to order 3 from the manufacturer this was October 19 and was told it would be in Friday October 24. Never got a call that it was in so I called to check if it was in, the guy I talked to was VERY rude and we will call you when it's in. I called back on October 25 because I never got a call. I was told it would be in Friday, I got the same rude guy telling me they would call me when it comes in. I called on October 30 to only be told they were never ordered. I was told they would order them now and get back to me with an ETA, that also never happened. I called back to be told they were to busy and never called the manufacturer.
