The place is nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Some reviews said the pillows were bad, my girlfriend and I did not find this to be the case. However, the reason I give 3 stars is the MULTIPLE signs treating guests like infants. I mean, it’s common knowledge that if you trash a hotel room, smoke in a non smoking room, or steal something, you will incur charges. There was at least 4 signs in the room threatening this, as well as a plaque on EVERY SINGLE parking spot “reminding” guests to park straight. This is incredibly unfriendly and plain hostile. Also, it’s been 2 1/2 years. Saying your ice machine is down and there’s no onsite office because of COVID is just unacceptable. Only finding out about this AFTER booking is as well. Zero communication from staff. Luckily it all went off without a hitch, because some of these reviews had me STRESSED OUT.

The room was clean. It took over 24 hours of my persistence to get hot water in the bathroom vanity. The court yards were a carpet of dead leaves and dusty patio furniture. The outside staircase has a rusty clamp holding up a portion of the banister. The TV volume was not working and the cable box was slung over the top of the TV dangling on the face of the TV. The very visible 5 outlet power strip looked like it was straight out of "Christmas Vacation!" There was no onsite manager and we were instructed to text a number should we need help. The response time after texting for assistance was delayed and for the most part not helpful. The pictures on the Baby Quail website are the opposite of the actual accommodations. So disappointed in the Baby Quail. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

4.3 stars??? Unbelievable! I have been all over the world and this is a $60/night room at the most. I’ve stayed in better hostels in China for $25/night. The inside amenities and lights look like something that would have been done by a 12 year old making a fort. We had some food and drinks to put in the mini fridge that was on the floor. In the morning realized it wasn’t even turned on?!? The bathroom counter tops are made for kids as the picture show. I’m 5’8” for perspective. I’ll let you interpret the sign that was on the bed when we walked in…..🧐 What a rip off. This place is disgusting for the price we paid. On the good side it was clean and had good water pressure.

To start off, we made our reservations almost 2 months ago and like we had the past several years of coming here requested a particular room. When we got here, it was a completely different room and a downstairs one at that. That would be okay if this was not an old hotel and everything creeks and makes loud noises when someone moves. The on-call number from the "contactless" check in sheet was answered by an older woman who didn't give a damn and basically said pound sand that this is what the system created. New management is anything but customer service oriented. There is a new camera that was literally outside our door, so that was creepy going in and out of our room, if you want security...maybe hire a professional to install. We intentionally requested upstairs especially since we have an infant and new it would be too loud with people walking around who were apparently practicing how long it would take them to walk and stomp to China. It kept her up and needless to say a relatively good sleeping baby was up throughout the night and cranky. But who wants their guests to have a nice stay? Also bring your own towels unless you can fit comfortably into the cheap grade hand sizes towels they give you to dry off in after the shower pounds you with so much pressure! I'm all for a good shower pressure but this almost tore your skin off. Can you tell we had a great...

I recently stayed at this hotel and wanted to share my experience. One of the standout features of this hotel is its great location. It is conveniently walkable to a health food market and a variety of delicious restaurants, making it easy to enjoy local culinary offerings. Additionally, the parking lot is safe and easily accessible, which was a definite plus for our stay.

However, I did encounter a few drawbacks during my visit. The bed was a bit too soft for my personal comfort, which made it challenging to get a good night's sleep. I also would have appreciated having a hot water kettle in the room for convenience.

Unfortunately, the noise from the female neighbors next door was quite disruptive, making it difficult to relax and sleep peacefully at times. On a positive note, I was pleased to find the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, which greatly added to the overall comfort of our stay.

Lastly, I want to extend my appreciation to the staff for their prompt communication regarding our check-in details. Their professionalism and efficiency were commendable.

Overall, while there were a few aspects that could be improved, the hotel's location and cleanliness made it a satisfactory experience. I would recommend it for those looking to explore the area, with the hope that noise issues may be addressed...

Absolutely awful. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. From the start of our stay, the place was dirty, unkempt, and not as described. Our room smelled strongly of old cigarettes and urine. We booked a Mountain View room and our view was of a giant tree completely blocking any mountain view, if you looked through the branches and squinted you could maybe catch a tiny glimpse of the mountain. There were old bottle caps on the floor in our room. The beds were extremely old and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. The staff was non existent and very rude when we were able to finally contact them. The shower had a clogged drain which lead to the tub completely filling up with water each time we showered. The shower curtain had a strong odor of mold. The lightening around the hotel was broken and flickering, so if you are walking in the dark down the stairs you cannot see anything. They also have odd threatening notices throughout the hotel room stating things like if you are going to stain their linens then use dirty linens in the closet. Also, there is no continental breakfast as described. Sedona is such a beautiful place, don’t waste your time or money...
