FRESH? And NATURAL? I cannot relate. I would not recommend this place to anyone that has a proper taste palette. You are in Sedona, you deserve better. We decided to try this place out because we had our dog with us, and they had a patio. Regardless, I’m going to leave this review because it’s best to get asian food reviews from an asian. Each dish averages $15-$18. They ask if you want to add protein regardless of what you order. To add protein, it’s additional $4-$7. Seems like a scam. The 4 meals we ordered took less than 10 minutes to come out. (Hint, not fresh.) The Egg Plant, despite the medium spice level it depicts on the menu, has no spice. Just salty. It was so overcooked it almost seems like an egg plant soup. The Thai Tacos, DO NOT ORDER. When it first came out, it smelled like canned dog food. I think they use canned chicken for this and I could taste all the preservatives of the low quality meat they were using. (Hint, not fresh) The Lemon Grass Chicken was made using the same type of meat. Pineapple Fried Rice with Tofu, not memorable considering it cost $20. Listen, if you want to support local food but also get good food. Go across the street. There’s a Chinese place that has better Thai food than this place.

Fresh, Flavorful, and Gluten-Free Friendly! I recently did takeout from Fresh and Natural Thai Kitchen and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, the smell of fresh herbs growing inside created a welcoming and unique atmosphere—a modern, clean twist on traditional Thai counter service. I ordered the Thai beef balls and built my own bowl with chicken, vegetables, and rice noodles, topped with the coconut curry sauce. Everything was fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor. As someone who eats gluten-free, I was especially impressed by how well-labeled and accommodating the menu was—so many great options without any guesswork. Huge thanks to the team for creating delicious food while also making it easy for gluten-free folks to enjoy without worry. I’ll definitely be back!

This is a counter service restaurant with ample indoor and outdoor seating. The restaurant was quite clean. It was decent a decent experience. As a fresh and natural Thai food experience, don’t expect it to taste the same as a more traditional Thai style of cooking. That said, we enjoyed our meals. My wife had #22, Pad See-ew I had #9, Spicy Shrimp Salad I really enjoyed mine. It was quite light and had a lot of shrimp. My wife gave hers a 4 of 5. It didn’t have the flavor of the same dish at a traditional Thai restaurant. But that was to be expected as this place is different. I was a bit dismayed that they didn’t offer any fresh Spring Rolls. They had fried ones. As a healthier option, I feel they should consider fresh Spring Rolls for their menu. I would eat here again.

I came here for a nice Thai noodle experience. We ordered and I'm pretty sure the cashier tricked me into double tipping (ordered 30 dollars worth of food, but final bill was like 48 dollars when I only tipped twenty percent). Then we got the food and it was cheap tasting. The broth in my soup tasted like it came from a soup packet and was immediately separating upon being served. I ordered Thai spicy but it tasted like cheap spice, not the searing goodness like I have had in the past at other Thai places. I poked at my food for about thirty minutes and ate maybe 15% of it. My wife also ordered a dish that she barely ate. Hers came with a giant pile of garden materials that took up half the plate, with no room to add the rice to her chicken. After we got our food there was zero attention paid or service. No one even asked me if it was any good, but they probably would have been embarrassed if they did. If you like Thai veggies, this is not your place: cheap undercooked Thai veggies floating in a cheap broth. Maybe this is simply a bad day for this restaurant, but I've been dining out in this town every meal for ten days, and though I've had some disappointments, this is the only time I've been so stiffed that I just had to make my concerns heard. If I was you I would think twice about coming here--and be sure to double check your pricing so you don't get overcharged for the "service." All in all, this is probably the worst Thai place I've...

My favorite Sedona restaurant. I love the "build your own bowl": Choose your protein, your 2 vegetables, soba noodles or rice, plus your sauce"; sauce is served on the side. Ample portions provide enough for multiple meals. Newly-built restaurant with lots of tall windows & natural light. Very fast service. Food is very fresh. Pearl, the owner, has her 2nd successful restaurant in Sedona. Please read more about the owner & her approach to cooking Thai Food....

Thai Spices Natural Restaurant is the creation of chef Pearl Pardee who is known for her masterful merging of the principles of macrobiotic cooking with traditional Thai cuisine.

Thai Spices dishes are energetically balanced meals that are both delicious and healthy. Pearl Pardee was trained professionally in macrobiotic cooking at two world-renowned centers, The Kushi Institute and The Vega Institute, and studied traditional Thai cuisine with the Thai royal family’s chef, Arjan Boonchoo. Many other type of cooking and food preparation have also become famous now like the bulletproof diet, the paleo diet, and many others. Thai Spices prepares dishes with vegans in mind, all they have to do is ask, its that simple.

Health conscious diners particularly appreciate the absence of refined sugar and flour, genetically modified ingredients and MSG in Pearl’s dishes, as well as the use of fresh, high quality, frequently organic...
