Dunkin' — Restaurant in Seekonk

So I walked in without anyone else there and it was like I was invisible. 3 people, no eye contact, no hello for 2 minutes then one was at their computer placing a drive thru order and I said can I order?! No smile, no anything but “I’ll be with you in a minute” followed by another minute of ignoring me… still no smile she took my $13 order for an iced coffee and a sandwich… another 4minites, a guy came in and they waited on him, then my coffee and “all set”.., I’m like “And my sandwich?!” Not started yet, still no sign of remorse she puts my sandwich in, tells someone else it’s mine and goes in the back?!?!! So after a total of 10minutes and when she gives me my sandwich I say you need a better system… I tried to express to the manager who had headphones on was cleaning and ignored me completely!! Not that all of that wasn’t bad enough, but just to completely piss me off, when she says what to me, I say I’m trying to tell someone how long I waited and was ignored but she’s not hearing me… she responds “I’m sorry you can choose another dunkin!!!! REALLY!! How bout just another Dunkin employee?!?! Or manager?!?!? Anyone really!!! Ridiculous. Unacceptable… not even close to any...

Let me start by they made my coffee horrible the girl at the window had in attitude with me on the mike cuz I didn’t say ice then I get to the window starring at me extremely rude and not saying nothing I hand her my money and agin rudely says thank you I get my coffee put it in my cup holder and go to drive away and the lid flys off with coffe wetting everything in my center console I quickly try to clean it up she comes out and starts yelling at me cause I missed the trash can when I had soaking wet napkins leaking all over the place from her not outing the lid on currently I have never been treated so poorly and been so disrespected in front of my wife and kids and don’t think anyone’s kids should have to deal with a rude angry lady who clearly doesn’t like her job I will never be going back to this...

Employees need to be re trained. Always talking to each other and making customers wait so they can finish their conversation. Every single time i order from here my order is always messed up. I try to give the benefit of the doubt but today was the last time. Foods always burnt and dry .The drinks are never done right. Even when i tell employees the drink isn't correct they don't even offer to fix it. Then when I ask for it to be fixed I get eye rolls and huffs. If working at dunkin donuts is really that hard and to much of a challenge for you, than maybe you should get a different job. I mean come on. Pretty sure dunkin has a list of how to make everything the right way. Maybe if you stopped gossiping and pay attention to your job you...
