placed a order at 7pm on 7/29 order #1030009
I got there a little early and sat at the bar until 740pm because that’s what my receipt said and that’s what the worker who was a young oversized teen (best way I could describe him because he would not give his or the managers name) and he also told me the same thing. My food did not come out until 831pm. After multiple attempts to speak to the manager, and at one point I asked for a refund. The worker continued to take other orders and in the mean time, the other people who were also waiting (and had orders after mine because I asked what their eta time was) were being served. I had a basic order-wings only. I felt extremely disrespected after asking multiple times for the manager to come to the front. I find it amazing that every time I come here, the manager is always quick to grab a drink/soda refil (with food service gloves on) at the bar but when there is a customer issue he’s never to be found, and I’ve seen this happen multiple times at this seekonk location. Every single time I visit this location it’s a complete disaster and I feel like it’s been the same useless manager at night all these years. When will this location change its attitude towards other patrons? I’ve been in management my whole professional life, im only 33 and I’ve never seen a manager not come out and talk to a customer when requested. But it happens all the time at this location because like I’ve said, this manager is beyond useless. Whenever I drive by I see multiple employees outside smoking cigarettes with all their kitchen gear still on. When I come in the whole staff hogs the table in the bar area near the exit door towards the liquor store and let me tell you. Feels like I walked into some type of ghetto dirty restaurant, workers talking in a manor that is inappropriate for a family establishment. Even when I was sitting at the bar waiting for my to go order that I placed through the app. A gentleman showed up at the bar and the waitress at the time brought out a wrong plate, the customer who just sat down at the bar offered to take it instead of putting it to the side or giving it to the right customer… FOR FREEEE. And here I am waiting for an hour just to eat something. The Warwick location does not operate like this. And no this is me not being a elderly person complaining but I’m tired of this establishment having shitty quality service and there’s great customers that don’t speak up about it because it would be to much work. I will continue to complain about this establishment on Google and to the powers above until some type of management change happens at this location. If there was only one manager on at the time…WHY WOULD YOU ONLY HAVE ONE MANAGER WORKING/SCHEDULED ON NATIONAL WING DAY DURING DINNER RUSH?!?
On top of all that, I get my food home and there are two tiny kitchen flies in my carrots bag. Absolutely disgusting. And the wing sauce I got on my wings weren’t even correct.

Read moreGood food and reasonable prices but.... every time I come to the Seekonk location there’s always a problem with the service! I never write reviews anywhere but this is absolutely ridiculous. Got seated waited 20 mins to get our drink order, and placed our food order at the same time. We also were missing utensils so we also asked for that from our waiter. We waited another 20 mins for a couple of waters, a beer and a margarita. And that’s just the beginning. Our utensils never came to the table we had to get up and grab our own utensils. When we told the waiter about the utensils he blamed the front girls for it even though we had informed him about the missing utensils when he took our drink order. We waited over an hour for our food. By the time the food came, it was cold. The waiter also forgot to put in my food order with the rest of my table. And when we asked the waiter about it he assured he put it in. After reassuring, we watched him walk back to the computer and put it in afterwards. When they finally brought out my food it had tomatoes in it when I specifically asked without tomatoes and the fries were burned. So at this point I didn’t even want my food because it was starting to hit the two hour mark and still no food, I wanted my bill and I wanted out! They also never brought dipping sauces that we asked for on the side for our food. We asked for a manager to come over 3 times, never came over until we started to complain to the waiter for the fourth time. Waiter kept blaming the kitchen. Preceeded to tell us that all the cooks called out and managers were the ones cooking. Multiple customers at other tables were leaving during this time because of the long wait times of not being served. The waiter blamed the kitchen for everything, but he forgot the utensils and didn’t get us our refills.... After waiting another 20 minutes a manager finally came over to apologize and comped our bill. One of the managers Katie, was amazing shout out to her for being completely understanding and being completely sympathetic. The rest of the crew need to take a tip from her handbook because she is the only one I saw trying to fix things. As for the rest of the staff in the Seekonk location (not including Katie), they need some serious training because they we’re so unprofessional and had major attitude. Read moreI’ve honestly have tried to give this location so many chances. I’ve had terrible experiences taking out and dining in. But why am I surprised. Today was just another addition to my bad experience. Today I chose to dine in for their Thursday specials. I thought we were gonna have our first good experience here. Our server started off good, but it completely went left w his inattentiveness. He forgot our condiments, I never got a refill. He disappeared after giving us our food to speak to his coworkers and a man at the bar. My last time here. Not to even mention our last visit here using their takeout service. We had ordered 10 boneless wings w fries, traditional wings and fries and they completely gave us the wrong order. They made my order boneless and my boyfriends traditional buffalo bone in wings. Their bad service and inattentiveness isn’t just a fluke. It’s very consistent. We’ll be eating at Wings Over Providence from now on. Thanks for all the terrible experiences guys! Find some new management.
Update:11/2/2020 Manager contacted me 10/24/2020. I was busy so he left a voice message and sounded very kind and willing to help. I responded one day later with a call back and he wasn’t there so I left a message with one of the girls with my name, number and my reason for calling. Still never heard back. Get some new management and employees who are professional and can comply with covid 19 restrictions and guidelines. Thanks.
