Burlington — Local services in Seekonk

Although they have a great selection and the prices are good, I'm giving it a 2 due to an incident that I had on 8/31/2022. Allow me to preface the story by saying that I am a medically retired Army Veteran, so I would never think about stealing from anyone. On that day, I went to purchase a few things for my daughter. There was a shirt that I had in my hand, of which I was uncertain about the needed size. However, I got distracted as she was ringing up the clothing and still had the shirt in my hand. Anyone who has ever owned a business or worked in retail knows that while you're standing behind the counter, you are hyper aware of the customer, especially if they're holding a shirt on a hanger. She rang the stuff up, I paid and as she began to hand me my bag, I was started by the shirt that I still had in my hand. I said, "I forgot to give you this one," and gave it to her to ring up. As another cashier passed, she asked if she was still needed, under her voice. The cashier said, "no I'm good." I honestly believe that she was going to let me walk out with that shirt and not say a thing. She acted as if it wasn't a big deal, but I find it difficult to believe that she didn't see that shirt in my hand. Anyone else, would have said, "What about the shirt?" or something to that effect, but she said nothing and due to the back chatter, I'm very distrustful of the encounter. Of course, it could be my imagination, but it does seem very odd. I will never shop...

Clean very clean. Lots to choose from. I would like to see more dressy dresses. Not these ugly dresses they got. Ruffles aren't my thing. Skirts I like but way too long. Sleepwear could we please have short sets meant for older women not a daisy Duke set. They need more to pick from. Prices are great on tops can't go wrong. Years years ago I'd go to Ann & Hope they had beautiful dresses. People thought I spent crazy money. Dress Barn had beautiful outfits for women. Id they could just twist a little for sharper looking dresses and skirts I'd be okay. Otherwise amazing staff...

I did not like it and I will never return to that store or my family because the manager treated us very badly. We were looking for clothes with my family and she was following us as if we were thieves, and my husband was sitting in a chair because I was choosing the clothes that he was going to buy and the manager again came to tell us with a bad attitude that the husband will get up from the chair. people like them should not work in a store where they do not have good service. Women manger....
