Had never been inside Hobby Lobby until last week! Oh my, what have i.been missing. We had gone to.another craft store in the same parking lot to get a custom frame..quoted $150. The woman was EXTREMELY HELPFUL telling us to come back when they were on sale, but my husband was impatient and wanted to order something now. We Google custom frames and looked to see where we could go. We were sitting in the parking lot and we couldn't see Hobby Lobby hiding in the next lot. I'd never been in bc I thought it was a craft store and I have no creativity. We walked in and saw several associates near the registers. We asked where the custom frame dept was and they directed us and told us to ask for (a really nice associate who's name i don't remember) 😒. We told her what we were interested in, she showed us a few selections, we chose,& ordered. All this time she was patient and smiling 😃! BTW, your price was less than half of the other store. She told us approximately when it would be in & would be ready. Smiling the whole time! At the same time, I noticed you actually have a great number of employees on the floor working..you don't see that in many stores anymore. (But when I went to pick it up, there were 4 or 5 people in line with only 1 register open. There were 4 or 5 workers to the far right near the floral dept talking and NOT ringing a register or calling anyone else to do so).

The picture came in and was ready early & we went to pick it up the same night. "Smiley" was there..smiling! She got our picture and walked me to the register, but couldn't stay as the line was too long and she had to get back to her dept.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Hobby Lobby. I walked away with a cart full of amazing finds and a smile on my face. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a fun and rewarding shopping experience.
