Today will be the last time I patronize this terrible place. For the 3rd time in a month I get the wrong order. I didn't look because I was in this double line for 32 minutes, now late and hungry. I now had but 28 minutes to peacefully eat my burger, so I finally get to my lunching cool spot... But, now I have 2 orders of nuggets and 2 of the scrawniest mini fries I've ever seen. The problem is that I ordered a double cheeseburger and large fries. I guess the weight seemed right and I had to go. Oops my bad. A note about that nugget and fry kid order, is that apparently they serve the kids fry- ettes or fry droppings, and some kind of gray stuff in the nuggets. It does not even resemble chicken. It's cold and, well,...gray. What a ripoff! Yuck, terrible. If you dare eat there , check the bag. They are serving your children essence of the bottom of the fry basket. I wonder if they save it up? Anyway, this was number 3, so, I call them. I ask for the manager. She says she is the manager. She said her name was Alicia. I explained that I waited. Only to be served the wrong order...again. She said they are busy....it happens. I don't care, that's what they do. It does not allow you to mess up this bad. Like ALL the time. This number 3. She says she'll make it right if I have a recipt, bring it. Now, I'm not about to actually eat anything prepared fo rme under these conditions. So tell her I have no intention of eating there again, this is 3 strikes for me, I just want an apology. Maybe youll address it at training . She hangs up. No, apology, just the big SLAM. I knew she or anyone would not care one bit. It really shows. Terrible service.
So here's my review. I'd like to give it zero stars, but I can't. I'd like it get better at this store. But it won't. I'd like to know that someone genuinely cares about the service level, but they don't. There's a reason this store has bad reviews on service. It's bad! I'd categorize it as "sucks bad", but they would need to bring their level of give a damn up about 3 or 4 levels to meet "sucks". Stay away from this McDonalds. It's not the one. Read moreI ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel at the drive thru at 9:21am. There were a fair number of customers so the cashier asked me to pull up and they bring the food out to me. While I waited, all of the cars in front of me got served, then all of the cars behind me, some of them with large orders with multiple bags. Fibb no ally I was sitting alone with no one else around me. I waited. A car pulled up behind me, got their order and left. Still I waited. 17 minutes after placing my order, I went into the restaurant to see what was going on. They seemed to be just finishing my bagel. I asked why literally every other customer in front of me AND behind me had long since been served and left, and the woman I spoke to rudely said “thats how long it takes to make your order. We’re not going to make the customers behind you wait while their food gets cold just so you can have your order first”
Considering I had sat there for nearly 20 minutes while a dozen other customers all got served and then I finally had to go inside to even get an idea of what was happening, her response was totally unacceptable. Ive worked in customer service for decades - in deli counter service, waiting tables at a fine dining steak house, and delivering food for post mates, plus retail and now I own and run my own business where I personally interact with customers every day. Her response was garbage. They screwed up. Maybe forgot my order and remembered last minute? Not sure, but the thing to do is to apologize to the customer for the wait, and then get them their food. I was annoyed at the wait and at having obviously been forgotten, but I would not be writing this if she had been even remotely professional. I think she might even have been a manager but...
Read moreI do not like leaving negative reviews but I feel something really needs to be done about this customer service. Already is an issue with having to order on the kiosk and so no visits let employees are left to help with needs. Today however was kinda shocking. Working at a restaurant myself I know how busy things can get and it can be overwhelming but no matter what I tend to greet customers and their needs with a smile on my face. I was in this McDonalds waiting on a Door Dash when a lady walked in and started to just wait. Surprisingly at this time There were only a handful of customers waiting in the lobby. The worker noticed this Lasy and without a greeting just told her “Can you order on the kiosk” and pointed in the direction. The lady then responded “Okay. And I am able to order just a coffee on there?” Then the worker replied with “Omg” (Rolling her eyes and In a very obvious annoyance which had all other customers responding with disbelief ) Like it was such a hassle to either tell her yes or just take her order. She took her order but it was obvious she didn’t want to . Now a worker being so annoyed is one thing but this was a Manager. Her tag said Manager and her name tag said Patricia.
