February 28th, 2019 at around 9:30p.m my boyfriend and brother went here to get my family and I 4 banana splits. He tells me he waited 15-20mins in the drive thru and not once did someone answer him to take his order. Then, he starts yelling hello and still no answer, so he decides to let the car behind him go so he drives around and says he sees two people just walking around doing nothing. Then he gets back in the drive thru he hears someone taking the person's order. He finally orders and here's the guy in the back complaining about having to do these orders. It gets worse when the food comes home. My 2 year old son, myself and my boyfriend were eating the banana split then my boyfriend found a FREAKING HAIR! Not just any hair it looks like a thick PUBE hair! So, I called this morning in Hope's to speak to a manager that would HELP. HA, She was just as bad. She tells me she was allegedly there last night there and then says "let me call the employees that worked last night, can you call back around 4 or 5 p.m today?" I said what for? She replies " Because I cant just call them right now, some of our employees have lives and go to school and other stuff I cant just call them" I'm like are you serious right now, I dont need you to speak with your employees I want my refund! She YELLS "I CANT JUST GIVE YOU A REFUND, I NEED TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED FIRST" I replied you're not going to give me a refund even if I have the picture proof of what happened! My son was eating that and thats just disgusting! She yells at me again "I CAN ONLY GIVE YOU A REFUND BUT FOR ONE BANANA SPLIT!" I'm absolutely appalled at the customer service we have recieved from here, please do everyone a favor and FIRE these people. There is plenty of people with GREAT customer service experience that would be better suited for the job! And I still want a refund for this disaster. Read moreMy grandma and uncle bought a cake for $33.99. The box is labeled strawberry ice cream and vanilla cake. When we look through the box it is chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream. My grandmother asked “although it’s chocolate frosting is the inside still strawberry?” to the associate working at the time. She replied yes. I called BR later that evening after opening the box and cutting the cake to let them know it was labeled wrong and is there anything they can do for us since it’s my grandmothers birthday. The associate replied “we’ve had this problem before and all my boss says if they noticed it was wrong they should bring it back” Although I can partly agree with their response, my family does not like to make a fuss about these things. In this one instance that my grandma decided to ask for a cake (which she never does) and requested her favorite, she ended up short handed on her birthday. I would like to say please ask your workers to carefully pay attention to which cake goes where because on special events like this one, no one should feel they didn’t get to enjoy something they were looking forward...

So we pull up to the window a lady passes by the window try's to completely ignore us acts like she didn't see us so we honk and no one comes to the window!!!! So we pull around pass by the front and one girl is in the corner while the other girl is picking up chairs already by this time it's only 9:11pm and they don't close till 10:00pm. So I called them, a lady answers the phone I asked what time they close she said not till 10:00 but it's slow so "she thinks" they are only serving the drive thru!
