Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Selma

HUGE DISSAPOINTMENT ESPECIALLY FOR THE AREA. Came here with my family and little brother for his birthday I had called ahead to get on the waitlist to have a table ready since it was a party of 6 the week prior on a Wednesday the 15th was my mother's birthday and the place was packed so we left and went to the Broadway and 410 location which is amazing service by the way. So on the 28th which is also on Wednesday surprisingly was very slow we got to the restaurant about 8:45 didn't leave until 10:30 and we have three little children and our party you would think they would attend to us right away they didn't seem like they were trying to attend to us at all as we were seated it took about 20 minutes after me complaining to the host at our server has not greeted us for drinks or anything. No appetizer offered and food wasn't served until 10:30 alcoholic alcoholic I ordered from about 9:20 took forever to come I'm such an impatient person especially when you have three little children's how inconsiderate and unprofessional of these people. Not even chips and salsa. Our waitress also explained that the bartender with taking a little longer than usual I'm not sure why she must have her favorites that's what it looks like. As my server bought my drink it had a BUG OBVIOUSLY SICK tired of WAITING for everything so I got up and went to the bar myself AND DEMAND MORE SHOTS! And best of all only drink my drink halfway and I don't know what was wrong with the food but I was in the bathroom puking and puking all the way home and all the next day I think I got food poisoning from this place what a waste of money and time I will drive to Broadway and 410 every time I'm so sad but this was one of my favorite restaurants I won't be going back for a very long time. Update to the update: So they emailed me the photo attached. No one called me and asked me what happened…. No one emailed me and asked me what happened….. this is obviously going to be an ongoing issue and I will never eat at a single Chilis again.

Update: Prior to Chili’s comment I filled out two separate forms and no one has tried to contact me at all. Only gave me a generic comment like I guessed. Chilis is terrible

DONT EAT HERE! I was picking up my to go order for myself and witnessed the server picking up a customers burger plated by the chef with his bare hands to make adjustments! I saw that guy touching all over the place before touching that persons burger and never washed his hands!!!! So Gross! The manager tried to not make a big deal but I returned my meal super upset and grossed out and I will never come here again. Shauna and Felicia were the managers on duty and gave a lot of attitude when I brought this to their attention and claimed my food wasn’t handled like that. Leo was the “food runner” that was playing chef and decided to reposition the food with his bare hands. Only Shauna gave up her name. I had to get Felicia and Leo’s name from the female bartender.

This Chilis is the SO DISGUSTING and I will never come here again.

Ordered delivery from Chili's in the Forum. Ordered two bowls of chile and two bowls of soup. Received 2 cups of each. When I called to explain it to a manager, I was told I was being disrespectful when I was just explaining what happened. I was told I was talking over her when I was simply finishing my explanation. I explained we measured the containers and they were exactly one cup. That is when I was told I was disrespectful and the manager said she would hang up on me because I was talking over her when I was just finishing my explanation. I never raised my voice or became belligerent. She then explained that the yellow containers that I got are their bowl size even though there was only one cup of food in each container. I guess if I had ordered a cup of chile, I would have received a few spoonfuls. Then I asked about the southwest eggrolls which were over $10 and we only got 3. I was told that is what you normally get with a full order. Oh well. Chili's has not been the same for years now and we've never had a good result ordering delivery so will never do so again and certainly will never use the Forum location again even for dining in after getting told off by a manager for simply calling in my concerns. $50 including delivery and tip. Not much value for your money in more...
