Can't get to it. It's ok, but for God's sake, people, it's a chicken sandwich. There will be a traffic jam up Park, possibly to the elementary school, caused by people trying to cram into the tiny drive thru. If you happen to get off the road, you're greeted with a thru-road in the parking lot you can't block, and there will be a dozen cars lining up in the parking lots of the other business nearby, blocking their drive thru as well. The signs say you are supposed to go around the building to line up (curling the line around the building, which would in theory give it order and eliminate line skips). But the roadway and driveway configuration means the only way to do that is to sit at a stop sign blocking traffic, which would stop anyone from being able to leave. So you can't win. And once you're in the lot, it's very hard to get out due to the same jams. I hope your suspension is good, because you'll likely have to drive quite a ways up past other business to an abandoned lot that isn't paved, over pot holes and broken slabs of concrete, just to get to a hole in the traffic jam so you can get back on the road (no way you're turning left) and wait 10 minutes to get past the restaurant again and to the light, to leave the horrible memories behind and start your day over. Doesn't matter how good the food is if you can't get to it. 0 stars if I could. I won't ever go to CFA again until they build 4 or 5 more in the area and alleviate the pressure. Demand is there. Where's the supply? My time is way too valuable to fight traffic in a parking lot for a sugar...

Food here is a hit or miss due to the temperature of food served! I shouldn’t have to ask for fresh food each time I come to this location! I’ve noticed when I don’t I get breakfast sandwiches with cold sliced cheese and crumbled bacon or a falling apart biscuit. I’ve even received half cooked biscuits on the chicken minis before. Now for lunch at times I’ve received chicken sandwiches with little to no crunch as for the breading due to sogginess or rarely any breading at all. The grilled chicken is may not be fresh either when I order it and so dry also doesn’t appear to be even real chicken! It’s like a patty of some sort or mixed up meat with fake grill marks! I don’t know”” I mean it’s just a hit or miss with this location and some of the others in Pinellas as well! Also the lemonade lacks the right amount of sugar at this place and the workers don’t seem to always understand the concept of what light ice means as the cup is either full to the top with ice only allowing so much liquid or it’s half full and that’s not light ice! I’m just not happy with this location at all! Again I shouldn’t have to ask for fresh food to ensure my chances of getting it here as fresh food should be standard with any restaurant especially a chic fil a restaurant of whom I hold to higher standard! Please if management reads this I’d like a better experience, it’s my hard earned money. Your earning yours so let me get the best of the best...
