First of all, they never really do an amazing job on my car every time I bring it in, but I deal with it. But... 6/10/2018 brought my car here, paid $38 for the Platinum wash. Saw my car come from the autowash with the handle broken and hanging. They guy brings my car over to get finished and I see him talking to another guy that look at my handle. The other guys just continue doing the rest of the job (very slowly, barely even paying attention). They bring my car over the to side when they are "done", so I walk up to ask what happened to my handle. They tell me that the guy that opened my door to get in after the autowash, pulled my handle too hard and it broke. Took pics of the damage and sent in a claim. Proceeds to tell me that they have to wait to see if the damage will be approved to be fixed. LOL it better be, or there might be a lawsuit. While I was standing there, I had to ask that guy to finish up cleaning my window because the guys missed a HUGE spot on my drivers side window. After he was done, asked me if there was anything else. I was like "well are you just going to leave me with out being able to open my driver door?" He said there wasn't anything he could do. So then I asked for a refund on the wash, he went and got the General Manager. He came out and used zipties to make a handle for me so that I can least get in through the drivers side (only positive thing about my visit). Said he had to keep my handle to get it painted and fixed, will take about a week. Then tells me that once they get then handle back and the work is approved to get fixed, I can bring it in and they can fix it. UMMMM why would I let people that WASH cars do mechanical work on my car? I would rather have someone that has the expertise on fixing things fix what was broken. I get it, it's just a handle but who knows what they could break next or even just do a crappy job "fixing it". He tells me that I can go get an estimate and get it fixed and then it "might be" approved to have the company pay me back. What is this MIGHT BE approved? I get that you can't guarantee something that only corporate can approve, but it doesn't sound good to me when you start making excuses on why this happened "well they make cars with crappy plastic now a days" and "well it is a 10 year old car". I don't care how old my car is, my handle was in tact when I brought it in, it is now not in tact and I was told what actually happened with the first guy I spoke to so there is no excuse for corporate not to approve this damage. Again I was asked what else they could do for me, so i asked about that refund again. He says "why should we give you a refund, we washed your car". Well you also broke my car and your wash was crappy. My drivers back window looked like they sprayed it with the cleaner but never went over to wipe it off (there's that not paying attention I was talking about earlier). They way they were talking, this damage they caused my not even be approved to get fixed so yeah, I at least want my money back for the crappy service I received. We shall see what corporate says (hopefully they accept responsibility for the actions and get this taken care of). Needless to say, I will not ever bring my...
Read moreI have went to this location multiple times without to much of an issue however after today's visit I have canceled all of my memberships and will never return to any location.
Today's visit started out normal until they went to put it through the actual wash. The attendant accidently put the vehicle in park which caused it to be dragged. I am literally watching my car drag while also noticing that the drive tires are spinning opposite each other which can never be a good thing. I try to bring it to the attention of the manager and his very first comment was "oh it happens all the time " and proceeded to explain that it would be impossible for the attendants to know how to know all the nuances of how to put every vehicle in park.
I again tried to explain my concern which was about the dragging of the vehicle but yet again he failed to address and just kept talking about how it happens all the time. I explained to him that other vehicles are not my concern as I can't control that however possible damage to my vehicle is.
I further agreed and was aligned that it was an accident by the attendant but again he just couldn't comprehend and at one point he asked "what do you want me to do". I told him that I can't do his job for him but as someone who is customer minded I would have addressed my concerns and ensured that possible damage would be rectified.
The general manager became more defensive and started to act a little childish and said "everything I say is wrong".. I calmy explained that I was done with the conversation and asked him for assistance in canceling the multiple memberships.. Without pause or attempt to save he got me the assistance and they were canceled.
Apparently my business isn't needed and it was abundantly clear. My concerns, and me as a customer did not matter.
With so many options and businesses that actually care and appreciate their customers I am...

This review is of Mister Car Wash as it has very much changed over the years. I have been a customer of this establishment as far back as I can remember. I would frequently get a car detailed and have my car serviced at the same time. Some time ago, the service portion of this business was sold to Valvoline. At the car wash the service has very much started to drop and corners (details) have been lacking. I am not talking about the employees, I am referring management and a focus shift to automation and less customer service. I was pushed into a member ship (I liked) but now I found myself performing additional after cleaning once I got home. (remember I used to get full detailing monthly). Today, I arrived and ask to have my vacuumed and the edges of my hood cleaned. I was told by David that it would be a hour wait that verbally changed to 11/2 wait. I understand setting expatiation's of the customer; however, this was attempt to get me to leave. I asked for the manger and Anthony arrived. Well, that was totally no help. I have asked to be contacted by ownership (doubt that will happen). This location used to be the best and I have been coming here from before Mister owned this location. I have cancelled my membership and will change my expatiation's to this is just a automatic car wash with very poor customer service. As it tried to leave, I was sarcastically laughed at while trying to leave (this entailed me backing out and navigating other customers). No exit that way “friend” was said as I asked for help .. again none was given be either David or Anthony .. Truly sad .. I used to come here get my car detailed and relax and eat popcorn and drink coffee … Now just a bunch of folks trying to be elsewhere …. Sorry but too many changes for me …
TO OTHER CUSTOMERS USE THE AUTOMATIC CAR WASH .. BUT NOTHING...
