Went into this store today and everywhere you looked was "Additional 50% Off" My family of 5 went our separate ways. My son and I BOTH got a watch, from the same shelf, under a sign that read "50% off Men's Accessories" Upon checking out (separately) I got 25% off. The associate said the 50% was just clothes and shows. At this point, I took the 25% and walked away. My son, checking out 2 registers down, got NO DISCOUNT. So this started it...sign says 50%. I got 25%. My son got 0%. "Oh well I just got the email, and they said no more" Ok but we both got the same watch from the same shelf under the same 50% off sign, and both checked out at exactly 10:16 (see receipt) "Well we cant give anymore discount" OK then give me a refund.....2 associates....a manager....15minutes later. We are handed 50% of the cost of a watch on my sons receipt. No, I don't think you understand. You lost my business. All of our business. All 5 of us. I want a FULL REFUND. So my son and myself finally got our refunds, and another member of our family set all her items down and left. So over what was originally a $5 complaint (That should have been a $27.50 complaint) cost Burlington $100 in sales, plus I'm guessing $15 in wages/lost time from the associates and manager arguing over what was posted all over the store. I will never set foot in a Burlington again. CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT-ESPECIALLY WHEN HOLDING THE 50% OFF SIGN...
Read moreRemodeled and it was awesome, for a while. Now, back to a trash store worse than a garage sale. Stuff is just disorganized and thrown about. Prices are no longer worthwhile when Walmart has cheaper prices. They keep one cashier on register on a Friday night so expect a half hour line to check out. Without security too, you wonder why you’re waiting.
The workers are great though. They’re trying their best and it shows. But Burlington management shows that those that don’t work in the store don’t care about the customer experience. I almost spent $50 today but thanks to poor management, I decided to leave and set the junk I found back on the shelf. I can find better prices on Amazon delivered to my door, so what exactly is the point of Burlington now?
Workers are trying their best again and thank you to every store employee, but corporate can’t see the iceberg that will cause everyone’s jobs. The point of Burlington was to have steals not found online.
I will concede one thing, horrible clientele. Customers are the ones that trash the place while the wage workers try to keep afloat. I’ve been in line with you people, you’re horrible. Be respectful at least to the...
Read moreThis location is great for lounge wear, general basics, and toddler items! They have a lot of activewear, but unfortunately did not have any sports bras in size small that were viable other than that I was able to pretty much all of the items that were loungewear that I lost during hurricane Milton. I got three or four sweatshirts top name brands. I also got a few loungewear pants and some plain T-shirts. A couple pairs of toddler shoes, and a pair of slides all for about 150$ to say the least that's pretty good in this current economy and everything was brand-name. As an added bonus, I did go to Dick's Sporting Goods a couple days afterwards to see if I could find a fanny pack for my gun. I ended up purchasing a small fanny pack that was brand-name for about $40 a couple days later I came back to this Burlington and they had the same exact fanny pack for 1299 always come here before you buy anything brand off-line or in the actual...
