This places business practice is horrible. My wife's bridesmaids came here to get their nails done and we paid in full based on what they said everything cost and after leaving and not giving us a receipt and my mother in law giving a $30 tip, on top of everything, they are saying she skipped out on paying $30 for something that they I guess forgot to charge and saying to multiple of our friends that they skipped out on paying. How about you get with your EMPLOYEES and show fault on them for not charging something when they paid what you told them to and also how would we know if we did or didn't pay for something when your employee didn't even give them a receipt. Based on y'all's horrible business practice you didn't just lose them you also lost other business as you won't leave our friends out of your horrible business practice. Tell that employee who got a $30 tip that if he would of charged correctly they would of got the full charge and tip but since they screwed up and want to blame us for something you can't even prove you didn't charge us for and couldn't even show us proof that you're employee can pay out of their own pocket as what would of happened if y'all were a restaurant or somewhere else who didn't charge something on their own behalf. This place is horrible and we will never be back.
Reply back to owner: No one reached out to my Mother in Law as you all said since that was her first time, no one had her number. Y'all brought it up to our friends and keep bringing it up to them for y'all's mistake. No one said anything and she even came back that same day a couple hours later as she forgot her cup there and still not one of y'all said anything to her about it even at that time. Once again, how do we know y'all didn't charge her for it when your employees didn't even give her a receipt for proof and she tipped your employee very well like I said above. As a owner you should admit fault and so should the employee and if it is that big of a deal, you should of talked to my mother in law when she came back to y'all's shop a couple hours later that same day. Your business practice in regards to how y'all handle your customers is horrible. Y'all are harassing people about something that doesn't involve them and you have lost multiple customers due to it. Your employee messed up and should of been the one to handle the issue since no one tried fixing it correctly and once again still hasn't shown her paid receipt so she knows what she...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIn October I was told by an employee that my friend's failed to pay for services received and was asked to talk with them about it. In which I forgot to question them about it. Then again in November, I was once again told about the situation and asked to talk with my friends about it. While I was still at the salon I msg my friends and told them that I was asked to ask them about the services that were not paid for. I was then told that the employee forgot to charge them for one the service's. Which was a $30 pedicure. I then told the employee what my friend had told me. He did in fact agree that the employee failed to ring up the $30 pedicure. Now my friend didn't receive a receipt. So they don't know if they were charged or not. Several hrs later someone did call my friend about this matter. I do not know the details about that conversation. Also the day of the services my friend gave a $30 tip. So if the employee messed up, then why not take the tip money for him? He clearly messed up. I'll use a restaurant as an example if an employee forgets to ring up a meal, than that employee is held responsible. I feel as though I was harassed concerning this situation and let me just add I wasn't even there when this happened. My friends husband left a Google review regarding this situation. In December when I went to go get my nails done. I was turned away for the actions of my friends. I was held accountable for their actions when all I did was reach out to them like I was asked to do. I was put in the middle of this situation by the employee. They may be my friends but I should have not been brought into this situation that had absolutely nothing to do with me. The employee even went as far as saying that if my friends husband wanted to throw hands that they could and then proceeded to say that he didn't have to because that's why he has boys. To me thats really bad on his part. You went as far as to threaten someone. I was a loyal customer for about 2 yrs. And to be treated unfairly is just ridiculous. They do really good work there but there customer service needs a lot of work. I'm happy to say that I absolutely love the new place I found. They do really good work and it's harassment free. Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy daughter and I made appointments at Volcano Nails for two pedicures this afternoon. We walked in, signed ourselves in and waited about 45 minutes because they were busy. If you donāt have time to wait like we did, Iād suggest booking an appointment through their website prior to your arrival. We had the afternoon off, so it was no worries to wait and weāre so pleased that we did!
We were seated in nice massaging chairs with updated features and adjustable levels of massage. Our pedicures were wonderful and Evan finished mine for the woman who started it. It was the best leg massage Iāve ever had with a pedicure and he did a meticulous job with my nail polish as well! My daughterās lady was also amazing.
The shop has plenty of parking and was very well maintained. There must be a million colors to choose from! We werenāt offered a drink, but we brought our own. They offer many different types of nails, fabulous nail art, pedicures and waxing services and we will absolutely be going back soon! I won an additional $4.00 off of my pedicure when signing in by spinning the little electronic wheel game that was offered! Very friendly service and everything ran very smooth - no rushing here. They even removed the polish my daughter put on one of her nails to check the color before she selected it! Volcano Nails has our highest...
